Is there really anyone who is masochist enough to continue reading through chapter one and further? I myself tried because i had hope it would get interesting but couldn't bear it anymore after the end of chapter one. To be fair it's not total crap but it's kind of like self-mutilation when you read him going on and on and on and on and on and - i think you get it - about his chuunibyou fantasies. The protagonist is kind of self aware about this issue but tries again and again with his "power in my arm is welling up" shtick
