after being isekaid the mc has to deal with being the fiance of the crown prince.
for queen with a scalpel/lady with a lamp she isekaid to a different world where she became a doctor and she once again isekaid to her original world, for justice of a villainous woman she is isekaid to a novel.
so with knowledge of some events with the future along with the skills they have from their previous lives, they fight for their survival and thus their achievements keep stacking up.
they also share the same fate of one day becoming the queen.
If you liked this one, you may like this one! Both focus on matters related to becoming the empress, willing or not and the drama involved with it.
For me i like Doctor Elise: The Royal Lady with the Lamp, but don't get me wrong. What it takes to be a Villainess is good too

Strong lead, not truly evil but uses underhanded and cunning tactics to gain the upper hand. Neither of them are meek, and they are both beautiful women who know how to get what they want and manipulate situations in their favor.
I just agree This has to be a minium of a hundred characters ti post so...
Here's a list of words that rhyme with time:
-zyme, beim, brime, chime, chyme, climb, clime, crime, dime, drime, drms cime, glime, grime, haim, heim, hime, i'm, kime, lime, lyme, mime, prime, rgime, rhime, rhyme, seim, shime, sime, slime, slyme, smime, sphygm, spime, stime, syme, thyme, trime and yes i did copy and paste this
honesty, i like what it takes to be a villainess more than the villainess turns the hourglass. the thing is both are really great and similar in some concepts. so, i prefer them both.
We all hate the greedy villains hell-bent on sabotage. Enter Carnelia Easter, the awful secondary villainess of the romance I’m reading, who trapped the prince in marriage at the behest of the evil empress. I didn’t shed a tear when her head’s lopped off, but now I’m Carnelia! I gotta play this smart and convince him to divorce me instead! Still, between the prince, the empress, the heroine, the second prince, my terrible health... this story’s getting unpredictable. Will I survive after all?

Both have characters who are meant to be the villainess. They use their knowledge from their previous life or from the novel they read to their full advantages to continue living their new lives in the body of the villainess.
If u like What it Takes to be a Villainess, u may like this one too!
But this is more focused on how FL and ML helped each other to become the Emperor and Empress and this one of my favorites too.
If you liked this, you'd definitely like this one too! Both feature characters who have an arranged marriage with the male lead and are trying to break up!
Because Prince Cecil is extraordinarily intelligent, life is boring for him. His days are without much excitement, but he becomes engaged to Bertia, the daughter of a marquis. The first thing she says to him when they first meet is quite baffling. She claims she is the "villainous heroine" in the story of his life!! According to Bertia, she has memories of her previous life. In a certain "romance game" she played in her life before, she played the character of the "villainess." Her purpose in her new life is to become an exemplary villainess and ruin the prince's engagement. In order to achieve this goal, Bertia does one outrageous thing after another and brings chaos and confusion into his life. A unique "love" story with a twist!!

both of the fl's are villainesses who are reincarnated but this manga is narrated by the fiancee's POV. It's one of the best manga I've ever read anf I highly recommended it.
This manga has a great character development and a good romance on top, u should read this
Poisoned to death by her own betrothed?! Eunha didn’t wake up in a novel’s story just to get killed off again as an unfortunate extra! To change her story she needs a cover… 6 months pretending to be the fake fiancée of the novel's male protagonist, Duke Noah Wynknight. But will this cold-hearted, angel-faced demon of a man really help her avoid another ill-fated ending?!

Raeliana was meant to be a character who died early in the novel she was transported into and Sati was meant to lose to another Queen candidate. However, they both contonued to attempt for their survivals.
extremely similar plots
fl confides in ml eventually- become closer
fl strong, smart
ml pretty boy
fl from another world
fl has other females competing for ml attention
So I’ve become Yunifer Magnolia, the villainess who’s crazed with jealousy that Duke Ishid Lucrenze, the devastatingly handsome hero, has eyes only for Raelle, Yunifer’s best friend. Yunifer torments Raelle so much that Yunifer’s killed off at the end. But... I’M Yunifer now. UGH! Good news is, I’ve reincarnated a year before her tragic end, so there’s time to make sure Ishid and Raelle have a fairy tale ending (and I stay alive). Bad news is, I got drunk and woke up with Ishid next to me. Crap.

Not really similar plot wise but both female leads are villianesses with some sort of knowledge surrounding how the plot is meant to play out and were not originally meant to be the FL and even were the OG villianesses of their respective stories. Through the power of their newly changed personality they make the male lead totally head over heels for them. Both also have dark haired male leads.
As proud daughter of House Monique, Aristia was raised to become the next empress of the Castina Empire. But with the appearance of a mysterious new girl, everything has fallen apart: the Emperor has turned his back, and Aristia’s miserable life as a lower queen is cut short by death. However a second chance to change her fate sees her reborn ‒to 7 years earlier! “Is this a dream or reality? Will my destiny repeat?”

Ladies and gentleman, place your bets! In the first corner we have the Pea Princess. In life, she was Jasmine, a workaholic, but now she must find a way to defeat her ruthless opponent in the second corner, Princess Vivian! Will Jasmine be able to fend off her nemesis and protect her only friend, Princess Hélène? Or will their friendship get tangled in a web of lies as well? So much for "rest in peace," HA! The afterlife is nothing but a cutthroat battle of wits rife with sabotage.

Justice of the Villanous Woman (What It Takes to be a Villainess) and Princess Wars (War of the Princesses) seem to have strong crown princess candidate competition theme in their plots.
To save my family from certain doom, I offered to become the Emperor’s secretary in place of my clumsy brother. I excelled at work in my previous life… to the point of overworking myself, but that’s beside the point! I know I got this. I served the tyrant emperor perfectly, down to a T, so now I can quit working and the plot can continue on. But when I asked to resign, he retorted, “Do you want to die?” Your Majesty, you’ve always been disinterested in people, why are you holding me back? Please let me live the rest of my life peacefully!

Both have truly smart Female Leads, with the plot actually demonstrating how smart and capable they are in being a ruler. Not just to be the partner of the emporer/king, but also as a truly wise and competent ruler in all the most important aspects.
The Male Lead is the ruler of the kingdom and at first isn't a good person towards the FL, but is won over through her straightforward speaking without ulterior motives and of course her knowhow to improve the kingdom.
