Tsubasa to Hotaru Manga

Tsubasa Sonokawa is a 15-year old high school girl who fell in love with her upperclassman when he saved her after she fainted at the train station from anemia. She thought it was a meeting of fate, and visited him at his class every day. However, he told her that her feelings were "heavy," and he dumped her. She once again meets a boy after taking over her friend Yuri's job as boy's basketball team manager. She learns that she might have more of a connection with this boy named Aki than she first thought.

So I have read 38 chapters of this manga, and despite the 7 star rating I gave it the story is good it is just the characters that becone irritating over time. The main female mc is likeable but, there should always be a limit to ones naivety and gullibility. She tends to display a lack of confidence that usually befalls most mc females, but I feel that hers is lower. She doesn't ask or talk to people to clear up misunderstandings and takes everything at face value. If someone says something about Akki it must be the truth because Akki's words don't count right?...Same with Akki, while confident he is more bearable he is a bit slow but when push comes to shove he will be honest about his feelinga and react accordingly to make things easy for the invovled party. That said the support characters aren't bad, the rivals are the cliche fire starters for every romance genre out there, they can't be honest and use dirty tricks to get the female mc out of thr way for a decade (lol). The story is not bad but, you will like it but, you will see how quickly half of the issues that arise could be avoided at times and others you will just see coming before it happens. Its cute, slow to release (since i can't find the actual volumes for buy online) but, it could be a hit or miss with most readers.
