Since I read only four books I'm gonna put something in here about them and update it. I actually LOVE this series, It's rerally well written, characters are easy to like and are different. It's the first light novel series I read and I even bought this as a joke because of the title, never tough that this will be my most favorite Light novel series I will have. I read by the time I was investing my time in this series a lot more LN's but this one is just my most favorite. I even bought the other series from the same autor "I'm the evil lord of an intergalactic empire!". I like the humour that is in this series and the way the characters acts.  If you watched the anime, and you liked it I recommend you read it. Btw the first series of the anime is the first three books smashed in one 12 episodes anime series. So there is literally like 3% of the books. STORY: ARK ONE : - Book 1: Office worker Leon is reincarnated into a particularly punishing dating sim video game, where women reign supreme and only beautiful men have a seat at the table. But Leon has a secret weapon: he remembers everything from his past life, which includes a complete playthrough of the very game in which he is now trapped. Watch Leon spark a revolution to change this new world in order to fulfill his ultimate desire...of living a quiet, easy life in the countryside! - Seven Seas - Book 2: REVOLUTION WAITS FOR NO MAN Leon doesn't want a leading role, not in the kingdom and not in the game. Too bad for him. Between his new promotion and the attentions of protagonist Livia and villainess Angie, no one will leave him alone-least of all the prince and his lordly gang. As Leon struggles for independence, tension grows with his allies. But soon, they'll have to band together to face the greatest danger imaginable, one that threatens to destabilize the game itself. - Seven Seas - Book 3: Leon keeps earning accolades and climbing the social ladder-much to his chagrin. Now other nobles view him as a threat, and his political rivals pull out all the stops to lock him up and throw away the key. But that's just what the Principality of Fanoss wants. With Holfort Kingdom's greatest power behind bars, the Principality launches an unprecedented attack. Now Leon must figure out how to free himself-and whether his country is even worth saving. - Seven Seas Thoughts: What I liked about the first ark was that it was kind of unique compared to what I read when it comes to "reincarnated into otome game. The main character yes is overpowered but he is just trying to live his life but still ends up saving the world. YES it sounds generic but is unique in it's own way. When you get introduced to the characters it's easy to like them and everyone has their own unique personality and stands on their own. I loved how the book is not trying to be something it's not and it makes fun of itself on regular basis.  Leon uses his knowledge of the game just like other reincarnated did but with the difference where he does not want to change anything, but because he stands for Angelica he is forced to take care of things because Marie who snatched the main character ( from Olivia) position is usless even with the holy power and has to take care of things in her stand.  You know how it is, the main character is supposed to save the world with power of love and in the end we find out that our character we play as (MC) is actually overpowered and smth like "the chosen one" in most of these types of games it's smn unique slash kind. Maria cannot do that because she is not as strong as Olivia and doesn't understand the risk she putted everyone into so Leon has to take care of things for her. This is just the type of story where the thing with "overpowered" character works. - Book 4: Leon heads off to study abroad in the Alzer Republic, accompanied by Marie and the idiot brigade (a.k.a., her love interests). Leon's just praying that Marie keeps her hands to herself-if she meddles in the plot of the sequel, she may force him to save the world. Again. Unfortunately, the original story has already flown off the rails. The new protagonist has a twin sister who wasn't in the game! On top of that, some high and mighty noble's son, backed by the power of Alzer's Holy Tree, is baring his fangs at Leon. If Leon ever wants that quiet country life, he'll have to seize the reins of a whole new story. - Seven Seas ART: In these books there is a lot of pictures and they are really well drew. Actually when I saw how they look in manga compared to them from LN I got kinda dissapointed T_T.
