The Vessel of a Transparent Love Manga

Miki Donoue has lived an unlucky life, the embodiment of woefulness since he was a child. He's lived in such a way to never involve others in his misfortune. One night, Miki is asked by a mysterious man, "Can I have your woes?" The man turns out to be a creature called "Akashibito," a type of monster that feeds on the woes of humans to extend their lifespan. He asserts that he lacks sustenance, and will die without Miki's woes. Miki, being a good natured boy, gives the akashibito the name "Shiro", and offers to be his host. Now the two of them will live together. Though Shiro can continue to live with a new host, as Miki grows to feel happiness, Shiro loses his sustenance. With the loss, there is a change in Shiro...? Could this mean the end of his life as he knows it...? A BL story between a lonely, woeful human boy and a creature that feeds off their new partner.

This was such a masterpiece. The manga was so beautiful! I even cried in the last 3 chs. The emotions were expressed so beautifully, the art was so pretty and the characters were so well-written!!😭😭I freaking loved itt!!

I was blown away by the author's talent and writing style; the art style was great and perfectly compliments the somewhat bittersweet tone of the story, and the characters have depth and experience growth that is satisfying to witness. From start to finish this was a treat to read, and it even gave me a good cry along the way. The development of the relationship felt very organic/natural, and the art fantastically drove home the beauty, pain, and joy that comes from loving someone with all your heart. For those looking for smut, look elsewhere, because the sex scenes in this are not a focus, but rather a medium that strengthens the emotions expressed between the two characters. What are you waiting for? Go read this!

I'm in a crisis where i feel like the words in my vocabularies aren't even one bit close enough to express just how mindblowing this is. I lost my sense of time while reading this. And my heart went through rollercoaster of emotions reading this. This is one hell of a jawdropping masterpiece. Mangakas really always come up with the most unique concepts. Plus the tranquillity of emotions really left me breathless. And the form of love here is so sincere 😭
