Birdsong starts sounding like a love song when bird whisperer Inusaki meets a crow that sounds oddly like a handsome young man he knows! Inusaki can communicate with birds—and some of them are real jerks! Tired of the incessant chatter, he spends most of his day tuning them out. That is until the day he meets an intriguing and strangely handsome crow he just can’t get off his mind! Inusaki, a detective and unwitting jack-of-all-trades for his neighborhood, has the unenviable ability to communicate with birds… and hates it. Yet when he runs into a crow that knows his name, he can’t help but befriend him, naming him "Kuro." Later, when Inusaki seems to hear Kuro’s voice, he finds only the landlord’s son. Book 1: If you like birds, 10/10. Book 2: If you Like BL. I really enjoyed reading the first book, even though bl is not my genre. I love birds and what other series has a MC that can talk to birds with a bunch of bird art throughout the story with cute sparrows and cool crows. I was a little dissapointed that there was only two books to read but it was worth it.

If you like birds, funny moments with birds, and bl, then u gottta read this! The first volume is full of adorable birb moments that will make you smile and laugh. Just a heads up, the second volume does get a little NSFW between the 2 main guys, so if that's not your thing, no worries, cuz the first vol is mostly just birb stuff with a guy who is slowly fallin in love :))

OMG why hadn't I found this earlier?😭 Btw Mitsuru looks a lot like Rabid Dog (I think that was his nick name, not sure) from Ashita wa Docchi da Kotetsuko Yamamoto-Sensei's books are the bestttt!!
