No Matter What You Say, Furi-san is Scary! Manga

Furi Youko definitely looks like a delinquent: she’s got a tough-girl image that wouldn’t be out of place in a gang. When Taira Namito finds himself sitting next to her in his high school class, he’s immediately afraid of her. But as it turns out, Furi’s rough-and-tumble exterior hides a wholesome, totally cute person underneath–and she’s got the hots for Taira. (Although that part goes right over his head.) One misunderstanding leads to another in this romantic comedy about a clueless dude and the adorable, slightly terrifying affections of the tough girl by his side!

This is a lighthearted manga about Taira Namito (The MC) and Furi Youko (The heroine). Furi-san just looks like a delinquent, but she actually isn't, while Tairi-kun is a ordinary guy (According to the manga, his name literally means Ordinary Person). The heroine (HR for short) like the MC but because of her looks, she's often misunderstood. The best thing about this manga is that most of the side character are likeable and they actually help in the relationship of the MC and HR. Even the teachers will let them do what they want just because they ship them together. If you're into Delinquent X Normal Person, I wholeheartedly recommend this to you. This is a very lighthearted and cute manga. There are a lot of scenes where your heart will literally fucking go Doki ❤️ and I like it.

It's a lighthearted and slightly cute and funny manga. If you're just looking for something to pass the time, this probably won't offend or annoy you or anything. But it's definitely not a must-read. People are scared and wary of Furi Youko because fe has a reputation of being a hardened delinquent and has looks to match. But fe doesn't care about any of that stuff. Fe just wants to be together with the guy fe has a crush on. Unfortunately, this guy doesn't seem to realize that fe has a crush on fem and interprets all of feir attention toward fem as scary and threatening. And that's where the humor lies. Furi gains some allies in feir romantic quest--the teacher, a girl in class, and a fellow member of the anime club. [Reviewed at chapter 11]
