Summary:  In this story the MC is a 13 year old girl named Ruan Ruan who has lost her memory. When faced with immediate danger after losing her memories, she is saved by a beggar who claims to be her husband. She follows him through his daily life, meets new people, and comes across various dangers. Will she be able to find out who she really is? Even more so, will she figure out who he really is and if he is what he claims to be? Background: "The story takes place during the Yuan Dynasty (1271/9-1368). Different sources have different start times. The translations mention the Hu people, which is a general term for any non-Chinese living north and northwest of China. The Yuan Dynasty was led by Kublai Khan. During this time period, innovations such as paper money was spread and trade improved. On the other hand, the Khan clan did not care to foster Chinese philosophy and literature, so there was not much growth in that area. They also created a class structure which put Chinese on the bottom, and this caused much resentment under Mongol rule. A series of natural disasters eventually led to the end of the Yuan Dynasty." -Ellsie Review: Honestly, the manga catches your attention right at the start. In the beginning, they dont really give you any information about the background or who the characters truly are. Of course, this has lead me to become more curious and urges me to continue reading. It's different from any other manga i've read so far. However, once you begin reading the manga you can't stop. It's really that good if your into romance and mystery type genre.
