The title says it all: It is a true love story. The manga traces two timelines although the majority of the plot is in the present. Past days and backdrop Ritsu is honest and naive and seemed to have ''imprinted'' on Takano from the first time he saw him. His crush is so strong that he starts following/stalking him for years. Takano is your typical distant popular male lead, who has quite a lot of bad things going on at home and therefore seeks refuge in books. He also creates a wall that distances him from others.  After an out of the blue confession, both end up dating. They discover: companionship, love for the same sex and first love itself together. The whole relationship takes them by surprise as they both end up falling hard for each other. However, a misunderstanding occurs and Ritsu runs off to Uk and literally renders himself untraceable. 10 years lapse and fate bring them togther as superior-subordinate. Present The great thing about this manga is that it shows the development in character. Whilst for Takano, his harsh upbringing makes him reliable as a boss and mature as a person; Ritsu who was a rich pampered boy has much hardship trying to overcome the responsiblities that comes with adulthood. The mangaka beautifully crafts the pain of first heartbreak. Both could never forget the other. This time, it is takano doing the chasing as he tries to reassure Ritsu to fall in love again. For Ritsu, although his every action makes it clear to Takano and readers that he loves that guy, his trauma over the heartbreak prevents him from confessing.    All in all, it is a beautiful story with steamy bed scenes, cringeworthy sweet talks from Takano when he talks to his lover, and an adorable Ritsu who struggles with life.
