The Novelist and his Neighbor

21 year-old Yeo Baek Ha is an orphaned novelist who has suffered from narcolepsy since he was a small boy. He falls asleep in a number of dangerous and inconvenient places and has recurring dreams about a red-haired boy, a raven-haired adolescent and a brown-haired man who, for some reason, he strongly feels are all the same person. When a CEO who is a fan of Baek Ha's novels moves in next door, the young writer is shocked to discover his new neighbor, Nam Jae In, closely resembles the brown-haired man in his dream - and the sight of him makes his heart race.

I was gonna drop it when the neighbor dude kissed the writer guy in his sleep at chapter 67 - cuz that was gross. But I had already invested a lot in the plot cuz I was curious what the dreams were about, so I kept on. But by chapter 80, I wondered if the author even had an explanation for the dreams. The dreams are always vague explanations repeated over and over. I don't know what happens in the dream, how the writer guy got them, or anything else substantial.  The Author had done a fairly good job- nevermind; the author avoided the main topic of their dreams and powers enough for it to not piss me the fuck off until chapter 70. They made it obvious that they weren't gonna show anything. No big reveal. No diving into the lore that literally is the whole gosh darn point of the story. I just felt like an idiot being dragged along. I don't know why writer guy left other than what he monologues in his thoughts that the dream predicts a dangerous end. Which is not shown. His narcolepsy is just gone cuz he says it's gone since the dreams ended but the reason was never shown. I don't know how it happened or what specifically occurred in his dream so I can't sympathize or understand.  Whilst neighbor guy waits there like a cat in this weird cat and mouse game where the cat waits for the mouse to come enter his mouth. And even if writer guy wanted to leave why couldn't he have just rejected the neighbor dude just like the neighbor dude told him to. Like the whole purpose was to drag the story. There's no catharsis and I've waited long enough. I've lost all hope of ever knowing what the mystery was about.
