It's literally Isekai Putin, but he isn't a d*ck tyrant and behaves like a gentleman and whoops ass, only killing when he needs to. His only goal is to ride things. Not sexually, just like ride on stuff he has never ridden on, like centaurs and dragons and things. He was a martial arts master of dozens of different styles before being isekaied. He literally even defeats truck-kun like cmon just read it.
