The handsome Duke Voreoti is the most terrifying man in the empire, with the coldest of demeanors and a gaze that can kill. But one day, he suddenly says that he wants to… adopt a child?! And that child is me?! After finding me at a shady orphanage, he whisked me away to his snowy palace without a second thought. Now I’m learning all the ways of the feared Voreoti family from his knights. However, things get dicey when the Duke becomes suspicious of my origins. With these fangs and jet black hair, perhaps we are more than just kindred spirits…
I like the art, it's pretty and I think the characters are unique, especially our cutie mc. I love the 'cruel mc' trope which is different to your normal 'i hate violence i change change you all uwu' type of character. Anyways, I would rate it higher but apparently the author is islamaphobic which really disappoints me.
The time you started reading this sentence could've been spent on reading the manga. Go and read it! I loved it. From the very first panel alone, I already knew that I would love love love this fucking manga. I have a huge soft spot for manhwas that are a daddy / daughter combo, especially if the dad is intimidating or powerful but the daughter can bring out his soft side. Who Made Me A Princess started this whole thing but there are others such as How To Be A Dark Hero's Daughter that followed suit and still has an interesting relationship between their main leads. This manhwa features a dynamic and hilarious relationship between the Duke and his daughter. Please, Athy and Re are great characters but Leonia, the FL in this manga, is a character of her own making. We can only stan bloodthirsty daughters who imbue honesty in every interaction while looking absolutely adorable. The comedy here is top tier. I actually, genuinely laugh at almost every chapter because it's just so interesting to see how they react or relate to each other. If you want a feel good, funny manhwa, definitely give this a read. The art here is a feast for the eyes; from the first panel alone you can already see that the artist didn't waste any time in bringing the world to us, from each and every small detail, up to the features on their face. Give my kudos to the chef because this is a meal. Should you read it? Yes. Do it. If you don't, you're missing out and you'll regret your actions today.Reviewed at Chapter 21.
at first, I thought it was not a time travel manga as there was no mention of any previous life but she suddenly mentioned it when she was given the bell. and I also liked how leona behaved with her dad and how they are always fighting and mostly are not honest. and I also like how she treats those who try to harm her, like the orphanage people who she suggested to torture them rather than giving them an easy death(i was surprised at this part). But most of all, it is always nice to read a manga in which the protagonist starts as a child and somehow gets involved with the book's main character, but there should be some twist like this manga.
