A decent story, if taken with a grain of salt, portraying the somewhat unhealthy relationship between a man whose vampirism is basically just a gimick, and an isekai'd korean woman. Personally, I call 'Stockholm syndrome' to an extent, and am uncomfortable with the degrees of manipulation present, but it's still a decent read.
Just wouldn't give this to impressionable youths, is all.
Pros: A completed work, decent art, something to read, not disgustingly chauvanistic, some plot that makes you curious
Cons: cliche vampire stuff that's mostly off screen after chapter 1-2, unhealthy amounts of secrecy and manipulation, bullying
It was a very good story, no doubt about it. However it's a shame that the main story ended so abruptly, was hoping for a better main ending as it felt slightly rushed. But the art and detail was amazing!!
shows the growing possession of a vampire towards a young lady from a completely different world. Tbh to make it better, more reflection to how she doesn't fit in to the world would have been nice, as she seemed to be a professional at everything and didn't struggle that much.. which was a bit unrealistic.. sorry lmao
but it was an adorable story and I'm very happy I read it, will be reading the side/ after story <3
This is a really good manga especially for starters who are new to reading mangas like im new and this is really nice start to intoduced me to mangas.
Honestly, the story wasn't that bad but it really did have some issues. I think for new starters to mangwas it's not that bad.
story: wasn't that bad but it wasn't that good either.
art: the art wast astonishing but I kinda still likes it
characters: now here I can say a lot. Yes the mc did have character growth and I appreciated it, but beside them NONE of the other characters actually... changed. I don't know it felt like it was just a story about those two getting married and that's it. I would liked if the maid lily changed a little or the people in the town and their attitude towards vampires. Idk didn't like it that much
Don't get me wrong, I thought Areum and Millard are a pretty adorable couple but the whole story was rather too predictable in my personal opinion. I find that Areum character was pretty needy and kinda dumb whereas Millard is the same but rather clueless if you ask me.
But hey, if you don't want too much forced sex scenes, then this manhwa, including its side story specials, would make it easier enough for you to enjoy your reading experience!
