This manhwa is a school life and medical, i advise not to pay much attention to the low review and read it yourself but to me i personally love this story. Its simliar to manhwa/mangas where the mc get a system but this one he got a ghost doctor that died years ago. She's was a geniuis that some maybe know, the mc is really hard working (she doesnt always tell him what to do and he studys really hard to make sure he become an good doctor to help people so dont think hell be"OP" fast without working for it ) and very sweet. I dont think this will have any romance until the very end.ALWAYS RECOMMAND A.I DOCTOR

I like the mc and his strong character,I like Aculle too but her past is not that clear for now in the manhwa(ch 70).The mc is not a real deliquent,he just wanted to help the weak in the first place.His character development is good too,I like how he wants to learn more throughout the story and of course there is Aculle to help him but he himself is a genius.There a lot of scumbag characters that piss me off though... Anyway good manhwa . If you want to read another manhwa with doctor mc I recommend A.I. DOCTOR too,this manhwa is a 10/10.

Beyond the realm of fantasy and medical knowledge, introducing MC with a ghost doctor telling him every step to save patients. Don't forget the grim reaper that appears to take thy lives. It is beyond idiotic, an mc who likes to fight and cant study, last place. Now has a ghost who is a doctor from 70 years ago who is apparently smarter than modern doctors does not know what a phone is but can use modern medical equipment. Every chapter is cringed, mc out of nowhere can't stand blood when he fights bloody high schoolers with weapons each day, genius is an overstatement as he is just following whatever the ghost is telling him and filling answers like a ghost tells him. It's like having a normal idiot with a doctor next to them telling them what to do, its beyond idiotic that it even works to save patients.
