Every day after school, the quiet and introverted student Kurosawa goes into the empty girls bathroom and "relieves himself". Besides this extremely odd ritual, Kurosawa also has a thirst for justice and a judgmental attitude towards his classmates. Upon seeing the bullying of an awkward girl in his class by two of the "popular" girls, he decides to bring justice to the bullies the only way he knows how. His plan for revenge goes "just as planned" until met by an unsuspected accomplice.

In both manga, our teenage protagonist is caught doing something pervy/embarassing (stealing a girl's gym clothes, etc.) by a female classmate, who lords it over him, and blackmails him into doing whatever she wants- or else she'll tell everyone his secret. Both are psychologically dark, but while Onani Master is also fairly uplifting, it's unlikely that The Flowers of Evil will be anything but twisted.
Both are about a middle school boy commiting a perverse act
Both seem to be ecchi comedies but end up being psychological
Both are about blackmail
(Flowers of evil is a bit more messed up than onani master kurosawa)
Initially, both may appear as depraved indulgence; however, upon closer examination, they reveal themselves to be increasingly psychological narratives with a profound focus on character development. "The Flowers of Evil" stands out for its heightened intensity and subtle conveyance of its messages.
Hideo Aiba is anything but popular. Not only is he a high school virgin, he's also a part of the "Roman Club" – a group of guys with bizarre fetishes. But Hideo's unusual school life is changed forever when the mysterious Kurumi transfers into his class, joining the Roman Cub soon thereafter. Together, the two begin a strained and pleasurable relationship where Kurumi controls Hideo's very desires... and actions.

Sundome is hyper-ecchi, unlike The Flowers of Evil, but both series are about a dweeby teenage guy who ends up in a twisted, S&M relationship with a sadistic female classmate. If you liked the femdom, or dark psychological themes of one of these titles, check out the other.
The relationships the protagonists share in these two stories are similar. However, while the relationship between the two in Sundome is sexually and psychologically exausting, the relationship in Aku no hana is simply psychologically exausting ( but it is not simple by all means)
Both have a similar set up to their respective plots and themes. Relatively normal boy meets a strange girl with unclear motivations who are hellbent on bringing out the inner deviant of said boy as their odd relationships progress.
Teenage genius Hiyama is fed up with the world: daily life is boring, and everyone around him is little more than living filth. One day, after a particularly trying day of tolerating the human scum that populates his high school, the boy decides that the only logical solution is to completely destroy the world and all of its useless creatures, then rebuild it as he sees fit. To this end, the teenager starts dabbling in hypnotism, and in a matter of months has half the school and even part of society under his control! However, this violation of free will won’t go unchallenged: another highly skilled hypnotist is determined to outsmart and stop Hiyama. In this dangerous game of cat and mouse, which man has the intellect to outwit and outmaneuver the other?

Admittedly, the plots of these two manga are nothing alike. However, if you really like main characters that think everone around them is repulsive/human filth/shitbugs, either may be up your alley. Also, both manga explore dark psychology, though Lost+Brain kind of flounders in this area.
For the last year, Ryouta Kusahana has lived a 'typical' high school life – except for the fact that he refuses to take off a giant dog suit. The only classmate who shows him kindness is class rep Hinako, a girl that Ryouta has fallen in love with. So when the new trainee teacher Ayame catches the boy sniffing Hinako's gym shorts one day after class, Ryouta is devastated and pleads for her to keep it a secret. But Ayame demands a high price: in exchange, Ryouta must let her fulfill her perverse fetish to smell and sniff him, as she's fallen in love with his scent at first sight. Now, though he wants nothing more than to win Hinako's heart, Ryouta must come to terms with this new woman who's wriggling her way into his suit, and all over his body.

Normal boy blackmailed into giving in to an abnormal girl's weird desires? Flowers of Evil and Kanojo fit the bill, though Kanojo is definitely not as dark and focuses more on romance.

Satou Matsuzaka doesn't seem to care about much, moving through boys and casting them aside like used candy wrappers. All that changes, though, when she meets Shio. The little girl changes everything for Matsuzaka. Is this love...? If it is, then it's love through a very warped prism as the high schooler demonstrates there's no atrocity beyond her when it comes to protecting the object of her deranged affection.

i felt a slight similarity when I read these 2. The amount of mentally messed up characters are similar as is the usage of the concept of love. Aku no Hana is possibly more messed up and a lot darker, and simply put a shitshow, while HSL is more of a composed merry go round of glitter and violence. Both are niche anime but I’d recommend Aku no Hana to fans of the genre only cuse it aint for everybody
Seiichi Osabe is just a normal if not insular 14-year-old boy with a beautiful, loving mother and a hardworking father. The bond between him and his mother is iron-clad, but when an accident involving his cousin sows the seeds of doubt in his head, Seiichi begins to question whether his mother's doting nature is normal, or something more sinister and abnormal. Where do you draw the line between motherly love and unhealthy adoration? And how can you tell where that line is when your mother's love is all you've ever known?
