The Fifth Encounter

An orphaned photographer decides to commit suicide after his brother passes away, leaving him alone in the world. He attempts to hang himself just as a burglar climbs through the window, and, to his dismay, saves his life. The thief returns the next day and walks in on another suicide attempt, and the cycle repeats itself over and over until the young crook finally decides to move in with his depressed would-be victim; giving him a rent-free place to crash while he keeps an eye on his suicidal new roommate. Just what will come of this strange arrangement?
