The Earth's Chosen Savior Manga

The Earth has a message for all of its inhabitants: the world is ending in 42 days, and monsters will bring about the apocalypse. Game studio employee Jeong-u Park is selected by the Earth as someone who can save the planet, but he must first survive in a world where people are now killing each other for power. He also must compete with other saviors to retain his planet-saving abilities. As doomsday approaches, can Jeong-u become the savior the world needs?

Mc starts off as a normal office worker then becomes ruthless when he needs to he is smart. And can grasp the situation quickly. The interface and power system of this manhwa is different from other RPG-type manhwas. In this manhwa after anything is killed an essence orb drops and that essence orb is equivalent to that of experience point from other rpg's.

Pretty generic storyline for now, if you like micro Hunter you will like this, because it is similar to microHUNTER yet different enough to be interesting. For now, the story and characters are average but considering the story that will change in the future. Worth reading. Edit: The 'ruthless' part of the MC is generic. Hear me out on this. The most common MC to this day is the one with the least emotions shown, so that you can project yourselfe on him, but now more and more MC characters are turning ruthless bc more people read those now with the oversaturation of the emotionless MC.

This story is pretty brutal, starts off inocuous with an average office worker, who has been labeled with the title of savior to help save humanity, similar to microhunter but i think this story is better. The MC personality is different, more brutal, cold and calculating going with what's the best interest at any given moment no matter what happens. Almost like shedding his humanity to an extent to save humanity. Seems most others of this genere the MC is hesitant and will let emotions hinder their judgment and becomes predictable. I look forward to more chapters.
