Lindsay is a top-secret spy about to take on her most difficult mission yet: to disguise herself as a man?! Her target is the Duke. Rich, mysterious, and… an infamous womanizer. Cutting her hair, drinking elixirs to hide her voice, as a servant she must infiltrate his manor and investigate the mysterious disappearance of lords and ladies in the area. However, when she meets the Duke for the first time and he kisses her, is it her identity that's compromised or her heart…
The art is fine, the story is great, the female lead is strong and independent (gotta love that), but you should be warned that the male lead is a yandere. If you're into that, cool, but, personally, I'm into healthy relationships, so that was a major turnoff to me.
okay here it goes the plot\storyline yes! I love it ^o^, I mean if u thought it was a yaoi sorry to disappoint you but it's gender bend it's a pretty interesting story and I do recommend if you are the type who likes stories which have a kinda psycho ml and also halfway in the manga the art suddenly change which is odd but still fine, the character development of both characters are quite fasinating to say the least, you either hate it or love it. (secretly wish it was a yaoi)
Telling the story of a cross-dressing spy who falls in love with her target, The story started out interesting and for the first season remains strong both in terms of narrative and art. It's the second season where things go downhill. The art changes, the storytelling gets sloppy and a lot of characters seem to pick on more generic and sometimes trope-y character traits. We are coaxed with a promise of a strong FL in all of season 1 but I feel season 2 puts all that effort into a dumpster and sets it on fire. it started out fun and I ended on a note feeling disappointed to the point that I though the second season's mediocrity made me feel like I wasted my time. Despite that if you want something light and are running low on strong FL romance in historical setting options (like I was, since I am basically a sucker for this type of thing and have read or am reading most of the manhwa in this department), read until season 1 and as soon as season 2 gets annoying drop it. Tethered are better ways to spend the time you would otherwise spend on the last 40 or so chapters.
