These two mangas just have the same feeling for me as well as having art as one of the main topics another example  is the passion that the main girls has for art and how the main guys helps her along the way ,also both mangas have a sort of love triangle.But of course there are a lot of differences for example where the story takes place and the total outcome of the plot.
