The art, story, characters and overall experience reading it are equally amazing. I'd say I prefer the art of Solo Leveling and the story of The Beginning After The End, but the differences in enjoyment are very subtile for me.
Both follow the story of someone wanting to get stronger. And I feel that the authors made the stories very unique and enjoyable with the right amount of humour.
there both amazing, the main charatcers are both very powerful and got a secret. they both have a fantasy genre and magical beast things.
what everyone else said. .
Both involve people using their advanced knowledge to become op in their current situation. .........................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................
Both storylines are amazing and the character development some of the best that I have ever seen. Truly both are amazing and I can't wait to continue to read them until the end.
These two manga are 9.9 out of 10. So perfect score 👌 1)story line is awesome. Actually one of the best. 2)art is definitely the best of the best.
they both are drawn great and it also has some badass moments in each of them they are great my fav manga are both of them
Great satisfaction in watching both MCs grow and learn, as well as an excitable fantasy element.
King Grey has unrivaled strength, wealth, and prestige in a world governed by martial ability. However, solitude lingers closely behind those with great power. Beneath the glamorous exterior of a powerful king lurks the shell of man, devoid of purpose and will. Reincarnated into a new world filled with magic and monsters, the king has a second chance to relive his life. Correcting the mistakes of his past will not be his only challenge, however. Underneath the peace and prosperity of the new world is an undercurrent threatening to destroy everything he has worked for, questioning his role and reason for being born again.
both have isekai elements, both have overpowered characters who care about their family. Both have supernatural powers either magic or skills. Both have good drawing as well as vibrant colours and both have great fights with cold ASF mc's.
Keywords: Power fantasy, multiple elements, interesting concept, king, coloured, etc

Its a really interesting and unique story and very entertaining as well I highly recommend this manga
Both of them are awesome and great even though it took me a long time to read TBATE cause it didn't really catch my attention that much, i regret not reading it earlier
Both of these manga have OP main characters that get stronger. Both have good art styles. If you like one then you are bound to like the other one!
Its almost the same as solo leveling .......................................................................................................................................
I really love this because the MC is not an airhead (not that I hate hairheads),and the fight scene is so cool!
Once you read it you cannot stop.......it's so amazing but it kinda hurt that it's not finish yet.....
If you like an OP character that can think for themselves, you'll probably like both Solo Leveling and The Beginning After the End. While the former is more popular, I'd say the latter is better (imo) due to more interactions between characters.
Both are just so satisfying with op characters. Art is top notch but solo leveling is more cool than the beginning after the end prolly bc that one has children and it's kinda just cute op vibes
To be honest, they are both amazing manhwa that I have recommended to almost every weeb and otaku I know. Greatly recommend as they both have great art and amazing storytelling(solo leveling's art is especially good
Because I like a thing that makes me excited that makes me want to stop for a second to catch my breath. Also to stop me from trembling from excitement. I also like this long chapter that makes me feel satisfied, that's why I like both of these manga. hopefully, there will be an anime on both of these.

Great stories with magnificent art!
Different and unique, they are there for your enjoyment!
They are different, but they both show growth through training and hard work and not just "Ooo, now I'm magically OP".
Both have amazing MC's and I just loved both of them. Both have charachter growth, like from weak to really strong.(Also the MC's are beautiful!!)
Both of them have badass mcs for one. In TBATE the mc, Arthur, is reborn into a magical world and we get to see him grow the same way we get to see Solo Leveling' mc, Jin woo, grow. He becomes more powerful and they plot is just beginning
Ive gotten a ways into the beginning after the end and am very much invested. Currently caught up on solo leveling and while jin woo is on my pc backround, i almost think arthur is a little better with his insane "i will kill you" feels.
both are few of the greatest manhua or manwha ever
and ther light novel are better i mean i liked novel better
but still these are worth the read
The levels of overpowered characters between these two are very similar, BAE also has great drawing quality similar to Solo Leveling.
These are 2 of the best stories out there and they both give off a similar vibe, in a good way.
Both MCs look somewhat cold, have good judgement and unique powers.
Both have the same basic progression, and both are genuinely entertaining. Also the basic isekai/fantasy troupe of worthless character becomes god is less pronounced here, as in the case of Solo Leveling, it shows the progression and the reasons as to why the MC is a god, and with TBATE, the MC is a god, because he was already very fucking accomplished in his past life.
Two amazing manhwas, in terms of actual premise and similarities, they don't have too many overlaps, well actually they have no overlaps. Solo is a word with a game-like interface while TBATE is a world of pure magic. While the two manhwas aren't actually similar, they are both amazing non-the less. I highly recommend reading both when given a chance.
If you like op mc manga/manhwa then you'll definitely enjoy both of them. Both mc's receive special powers from someone and both use them as badass. Really enjoyed reading them and the full color makes it more enjoyable since both manga/manhwa have good art styles.
Both are fantasies with the growth of the MC. That slowly overwhelms the majority, and allows the reader to watch them grow thus a feeling of accomplishment and hard work.
Solo Leveling is about the only person who can level up. So from being the weakest player he became the strongest player.
Meanwhile, The beginning after the end is about a smart king who died and reicarnated into the another world. In this world, he is treated as a genius because he is awakaned in such a young age, in his journey he learned from great teachers such as dragon and king. And with the help of those mentors he became strong and his connections grew big because of the admiration of people from his strength, power, courage and intelligence.
In my opinion, the MC in the beginning after the end is like he is the king of the kings.
It has a very similar ~vibe~. The story is written very well and incorporets the charcters in it very well. 10/10 would recommend!
Although they start with a completely different setting and MC personality, they are similar in the sense that the MC are trying to obtain, gain, and earn their powers due to they newly found circumstances. They both become OP relative to the people around them and are try to help them whenever they can.
Both the same sort of zero-to-hero type thing, a lot of fighting and just being overpowered, written well
both are really really good , solo leveling and beginning after the end are top class manhwa with top tier art and story definetly 2 manhwa for begginers
They both have op characters and are very good stories
Both are stories about becoming the strongest. TBATE is a unique gem that stands out among isekai reincarnations and Solo Leveling is a stellar example of a cliche done well. Even if you aren't into the stories you'll definitely stay for the art.

Both main characters are insane, they are both overpowered and they have a way with the ladies.
Both top tier. Good art style, intense fight scenes, good character development. There are a lot of mangas similar to these two. But I recommend these because they're a bit better imo.
Solo Leveling (나 혼자만 레벨업, Na Honjaman Lebel-eob) is a story about the weakest hunter Sung Jin-Woo and his quest to become the strongest, S-Rank hunter.
The story begins with the mighty King Grey waking up as a newborn baby named Arthur Leywin. He realizes that someone probably assassinated him and that he has reincarnated into a new family, who resides on a continent called Dicathen. After being given a chance at a new life, Arthur decides to live his life differently than before—he was going to be loved and supported by friends and family. As the story progresses, the readers join Arthur on his journey in the new world, as he faces challenges, gains power, and creates new relationships.
Both pretty similar in the fact that the MC gets stronger to protect those around them. Also them both having some bad a** moments have had me hyped at moments.
they both have op characters and I love the story in both. ive read both twice and recomend both
If you want to see a mc similar to solo leveling, then this is the perfect choice, ++ Isekai(reborn as a child), ++ have a history much better than solo levenling (my opinion), have a
slimeball theyre similar in some ways but the general consensus is if you like one youll like the other

both mangas/manhwas have incredible art
both mc's become op during the manhwa (difference: in TBATE he has wisdom about 'how to be strong' already iykwim)
In solo leveling manhwa the mc becomes op very early on, whereas in tbate it takes him way longer (strongly recommending reading LN)
TBATE and SL also have other kinds of world principles,
f.e. TBATE mainly has the basic magic cliché concept (fire, water, etc) and in the LN they later on added another kind of op and neverheard power
SL has the typical System Level-up cliché where u can choose ur path (warrior, magican, swordsman, etc.)
The similarity increases the further u read (manhwa/LN), therefore recommended
both stories are about a op character with special ability that develops exponentially throughout the manga
For me its actually like it because as you can see solo leveling mc is weak before but became op its like this manwha
Both of these have a great stories with Overpowered Main Characters as well as great art! Even though both stories are very different for the time they've been out they have meen my personal top manwas.
In solo leveling the plot is very well written, and in the beginning after the end the story just gets better. But remember it may not be for everyone. Hope you enjoy.
The storyline is simply amazing... One of the greatest plot, i hope solo leveling could have done a better job in character development, it simple and short, the beginning after the end also has some flaws of the same to some extent. Character building is an essential part of a comic. The art work is one the major plus point in both the comic. Overall, it is very good piece of art worth your time.
Peak fiction Peak fiction Peak fiction Peak fiction Peak fiction Peak fiction Peak fiction
They have a similar art style and the plot behind them is immense and never ceases to amaze you
For me the whole feeling/story is very similiar, like the main character wanting to get stronger to protect his loved ones. Not only the getting stronger part is similar, both stories have dungeons and ranked adventures.
Ofcourse they aren't exactly the same but as a said before for me the whole story/feeling is very alike and I enjoyed both a lot!
The main character is overpowered but in a good way, if you like Isekai and overpowered characters, youre gonna love this

https://mangatx.com/manga/read-the-beginning-after-the-end-free/
Its very reincarnation/ new beginings based. If you liked one you;; like the other (I liked solo leveling lots more tho)
I just think both these books are similar in both having to be on the edge of your seat but also both are enjoyable to look forward to as far as updates. I'm writing this now as there will be an anime coming soon for solo leveling. Sadly the illustrator (Artist) has passed away (RIP) So I'm not sure about a season 2 but I hope we can all enjoy it anyways.
The Mc in both have a cool and calm character most of the time except when friends ot family are in danger they also both have a creature as a tame/pet
i relatively new to manga and anime but i started on webtoon and once i saw a reccomendation for solo leveling i immediatley read it and its soooooo good and i then i saw]w all the upvotes for tbtae and i read that too. boy am i thankful i did. you will not regret it ever. youll fall in love with the characters im not kidding
both stories are centered around the protagonist and in both stories all the events come in their favor. The side characters in both Manhawas exist to either like the MC and get impressed by his "coolness" or to get their ass clapped by him.
I'd say the story of TBATE is more detailed but Solo Leveling is more entertaining
if you like a story where the protagonist is not the "hero", but instead has an arrogant personality and their own ethics but save the world nonetheless then you'll most likely enjoy both comic.
niceeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Why is there a requierement to write anything... I just want to agree.
As I'm already here...
I believe The Beginning After The End [TBATE] is a great read as is Solo Leveling [SL].
Can only recommend reading both TBATE & SL, they are both masterpieces.
Solo leveling is a manhwa that was invaded by dungeon to wipe out humanity/save while TBATE is a isekai manhwa of an MC trying to live his life and found out the other Asura(Gods/Deities) are trying to wipe out humanty
Both main characters are similar, both almost unrivalled. fantastic stories and art. both capture your attention from the very start and have similar themes. only wish Solo levelling was longer and TBATE too.
Ssssssssssssssssssssssssssssoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
Gggggggggggggooooooooooooooooooooooddddddddddddddddddddddd
the main character starts overpower already, and just keep it up, and up, and up, and up.....
They both have amazing art and styles that evolve with the story, the main characters are both badass although Arthur is most likely the better mc
These two are literally my top two favorite mangas of all time you don't understand. They are so good together like strawberry and chocolate makes sense or like freaking bread and butter makes sense like oh.

they have almost the same begining, both can remmember their past life and learns magic. and then their parents wants to get them an tutor after discovering the fact that the ''mc'' can use magic
They are both incredibly good manga, where mc is reincarnated into a world of magic and becomes op, both have great storytelling and humour
TBATE is just better Mushoku Tensei. They have simmaler plots and both have great charechters, although i WILL say that Mushoku Tensei has a LOT of incest and underaged sex scenes, so if you dont want to see a 13 year old have sex with a 15 year old, dont read it. TBATE is 1000000% good though. Deffenitly read TBATE.
They are both practically 70% same with the way of the story starts, both are isekai, mc born in another fantasy world with exceptional magical powers. I don't want to spoil any further but if you loved reading one of them, you will definitely love the other. I personally liked the beginning after the end more though, but they both deserve 10/10 in my opinion.
Same type of story. Both isekai, protagonists in both start new life as child after death in another world, they grow up, learn magic, grow stronger.. ////////////////////////////////////////////.
honestly these 2 are pretty good. both mcs were reincarnated (tbate mc was a king instead of a neet like for moshuku tensei)
tho the mc of the two stories have completely different backgroungs, they are both reincarnated as babies and both grow to awaken really earlier than most children, making them kind of overpowered for their age. the two mangas also have similar stories.
Recently caught up with Mushoku Tensei and some scenes reminded me so much of TBATE. From both MC's getting reincarnated, to their parents having another kid, to them both having masters and going to an academy with their friends! I really recommend this one if you want a story some-what similar to TBATE.
they have almost the same begining, both can remmember their past life and learns magic. and then their parents wants to get them an tutor after discovering the fact that the ''mc'' can use magic
mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm yes
I am not complaying but i am just gonna say that the start is literally the same, i dont see any difference in the start. The story changes after a few chapter so if you hold onto your horses you'll get a twisted good story.
except for the fact that hero of mushoku tensei was a useless NEET in the past world and begininning after the end mc was a king in his past life, everything else is same, both are reall good but i would say the beginning after the end is better
I see a lot of similarities in them, not saying it's a bad thing but Mushoku Tensei actually encouraged me to pick this back up for reasons best left unsaid
it's basically the same thing but with some difference, in addition to the fact that one is a manga and the other is a manhwa; the plot and the mc's story is much similar.

Kim Roksu has one life motto: “Let’s not get beat up.” But after dozing off somewhere midway through the novel “Birth of a Hero,” he wakes up as Cale Henituse - one of the minor villains in the novel who gets the beating of a lifetime from soon-to-be hero Choi Han. Only time will tell how much longer he has before that dreadful encounter. Can Kim Roksu change the course of this story so he can enjoy a long and lavish life free of the soon-to-be hero?

i dont know how to put this but they both have a similar vibe that keeps you hooked i just thought of the other when reading one
Hell yeah! Awesome isekai characters with red hair and black dragons. Different vibes but both extremely enjoyable overpowered isekai MCs absolutely owning.
While looking at the original posters you might have recognised these to be similar but theres much more than that. cleverness, future insight and dragons in the bout you are sure to have your time well spent.
Both have goals to somewhat live simply. The Count's Family mc wants to live safely and lazily while the Beginning after the End's mc wants to make sure his family never come across danger while he eventually gets stronger. Both are people who go on living lives different from their past one, as a Korean boy suddenly becomes a young master in a novel he read and a king becomes a commoner and son to a small family.

Bot of them have a strong and smart isekai-ed MC. The different is TCF does'nt have a romance on their story and TBAE have a lil bit romance on the story.
I don't know how this is similar at all I just liked it so I guess I just recommended it to you all if u liked it that's ok and if u didn't thats ok too I just simply agree wth still not 100 characters cmon
Trash of the count's family and the beginning after the end give similar vibes and both have red haired protagonist with black dragon
Both have black dragons as pets...
But seriously, both use their brains and prior knowledge to come to creative solutions to their problems whether physically overpowering an enemy of outsmarting an opponent to come out on top.

they have almost the same begining, both can remmember their past life and learns magic. and then their parents wants to get them an tutor.
Both are a Fantasy Reincarnation Isekai with a great story and great characters. Some are more annoying in "The Beginning After the End" and I generally like Mushoku Tensei better and all other regards but I think if you like one, you'll enjoy the other.
Both have a similar vibe to them, at least at the beginning. Both beginnings feature the mc trying to make his most out of this new life and learning magic from an early age
Pretty much the same starting story and then it splits from there, the main trope is very much the same
TBATE and Mushoku Tensei have similar starts, but TBATE is less focused on the protagonist's sexual desires. Also, while TBATE's MC is very driven on self-improvement and very mature as a reincarnation of someone who has already reached great heights in their previous life, Jobless Reincarnation comes at the isekai genre from the perspective of someone who led a pathetic and unfulfilling life as a shut-in Otaku NEET. This lets the protag be someone who is strong, but not the smartest nor is he blatantly OP from the start.
both series are about a character who is reincarnated into a fantasy world and we get to see them grow up from baby to adult in real-time in the story
There are so many similarities escesially in the early chapers. Jobless is basically the r rated version of BATE
For 10 years, magical prodigy Desir and his party have been battling inside the mysterious Shadow Labyrinth—and against the end of the world. Much of humanity has already perished and just as Desir is about to be killed, he's sent back 13 years into the past. In “The Returner’s magic” MC, being brought to the past, tries to change the future (save all his friends and humanity from dying). But even when he is overpowered with experience and knowledge from the future, he knows THIS IS NOT AN EASY GOAL TO ACHIEVE. There is a lot of stress and PTSD under his confident smile.
And the moments of his flashbacks really help to appreciate all the slice-of-life and comedy.
The only difference is the premise that one was reborn as a baby and the other was reborn as his old self a years earlier. They both have their knowledge in their previous lives and both uses it to their advantege. The similar characteristics they much have in common is that characters from both stories are well written. The story doesn't only revolve on the mc itself but also those around them. B
both share similar plots and the main protagonists share similar chracateristics with one another especially pertaining to their goals.
both action, male protag, not focused on romanece, huge worldbuilding, use of magic and swords, young protag w/ small tighnit group of friemds, both mc's are op,
I really don't know how to explain why it's similar it's just give the same vibe pretty sure anyone who red the manga can agree
I think both are good Korean isekai manga.
- Both main characters are strong and intelligent.- The side characters in both stories are not as mind-numbing as other isekai manga out there. They are quite enjoyable and do add to the story.

While the story's plots are pretty different I think that they're similar and if you like one you'll like the other
These 2 are my all-time favorites! They both are really eye-catching and especially interesting! Though they aren't so similar, they are related in different ways.
though they have different stories they still give you the thrives you want when reading and will make you invested on what will come with the nexts chapters
the plots are a little different, but in the end, they are both two little kids that have been reincarnated one way or the other, in a world of noblity and a little magic, though with Arthur his is in the midst of all the action, while Calliope is in the middle of more political war with her brothers and father fighting.
Both mangas have a similar vibe, they share a goal they need/want to achieve and they are both very skilled at being a "smartass". They both have amazing art, while "The Beginning After the End" is more fight orientated than lady, family, as a theme, is still an important asset in the plot, similar to Lady Baby. Lady Baby appeal doesn't come from amazing fighting choreography, it's the MC and her situation which is alluring. Lady Baby's MC, she is a quick-witted individual and she uses her smarts to deal with "Villainsnesses". Both mangas have a somewhat mysterious omen lingering around its plot and its characters, which makes reading very intriguing.
They both are about risking everything to protect their family. The main characters are both OP in their own way and have similar personalities. The storys are pretty different but someone who likes lady baby will enjoy reading the beginning after the end and the same for people who like the beginning after the end.

just as this guy said. its good extremely good. both doesnt really share any similarity. TBATE is fantasy/isekai merchenary enrollment is not. but both of them are on top of charts i highly recommend both
They were both enjoyable due to their OP based main characters. Mercenary Enrollment is all about familial aspects, fighting, and badassery. While TBATE is familial based, romance, action, and growth of character. They are just both enjoyable overall.
About teenage man who are OP, Mercenary Enrolment is a mercenary since he is a child thus he is good at fighting. The beginning after the end is a transmigration of a kind to the body of a baby, thus he grew up strong and smart using his magical abilities. In compare to other characters, both MC are already OP in teenage years, because they both started training at young age.
Great action mangas with strong MCs that make you feel deeply connected to the characters, both have great art.
both are really really good must read Mercenary enrollment has really unique plot and its fun to see fights without magic or qi involved

It's almost same I like the both stories are prorated even without recarincation I fell if you like one you will love other too..........................................
These 2 manhwas have the same excitement and suspense that makes you not to be able to wait for a whole week to see whats coming
they both have god-tier art and great action. northern blade's art takes some getting used to but once you do its beautiful
Both great stories with actual depth to them, hard to find when so many copypasted crap stories are out there. Both have a slight touch of romance and great fights, the northern blade has a more complete story so far that is well conected, but the begining after the end is good to. Both exceeded my expectations and are definetly worth reading.
Jiwoo is a kind-hearted young man who harnesses the lightning quick reflexes of a cat to secretly make the world a better place – one saved little child or foster pet at a time. Kayden is a secret agent on the run, who finds himself stuck in the body of a…um…decidedly fat old fluffy cat. Together, armed with Jiwoo’s super powers and Kayden’s uber-smarts, they’re out to fight those forces who would let evil rule this world. That is, if they can stand each other long enough to get the job done.

They have completely different story and art, but they are voth so funny and great!
These are two MASTERPIECES that you should read!
i agree. both are excellent. go read em if you still havent. love both.
i appearantly need minimum hundred character to post so sdfygsdyhfgydhgfyhgdyfug
It has a veeery different story but again we encounter someone really powerful. I can guarantee that if you like one of this manhwa you will like the other too. MASTERPIECE.
Both about growth, and nurture. Well being badass funny at the same time. It really shows dedication through the leads life in all aspects, not jut in their abilities. They also stay to their personality throughout everything.
Eleceed is one of the best things ever. It's not an isekai but it does have contain something similar to mana cultivation. There's also always something going on and a great dose of comedy mixed in.
MC's journey into becoming OP is slow so you can take your time getting to know every character and seeing his progression and rly forming a relationship with him and the story. I know I'll cry when it's over because it's that good. The chapters are a good size and always leave you hanging and hoping for next week.
