I'm not very impressed by this. There aren't any engaging threats or anything and Luke's ability isn't used in an interesting way. Perhaps if there was more tension between the power and the number points (like, where more things had to be pushed off because they couldn't be afforded), it might be more interesting to me. The plot has been focused around various groups of people (often refugees) congregating in Luke's village. There are some allusions to the political turmoil and war between larger forces, so I expect that eventually, Luke's village will become more directly involved in those conflicts (as opposed to the indirect way that fe is currently involved--by helping refugees out).

What is there to say? It's boring, there is not really much of a plot besides a setup. It appears the only attraction is the fetish bait - watching a young boy being sexually assaulted by grown women, and an elf masturbating on a toilet.
I'm sure someone will get something out of it, that person most likely being the author as he prepares the next chapter with his free hand.
This is a scam, each chapter is split into three parts, and each part only has 1 page - so only 3 pages per chapter. This is clearly being done to earn more coins on platforms which charge you credits per chapter, so the author is gaming the system to get more money. Don't get me wrong, I love to support authors and prefer reading on legal platforms where possible, but making each chapter only 3 pages, that too pages with very few panels drawn on them, it's clear that this whole thing has been engineered to swindle you. This needs to stop. As it is, the number of pages per chapter and the panel density has been going down since the switch to digital stores, but this is ridiculous. Shame on the author for taking this to the extreme.
I do like the story, a reincarnator of sorts, gets a village skill and sent to develop a remote region into a village after his skill was deemed useless. There is a harem aspect, but there is a creepy pedophile theme with characters, its honestlyconcerning that there is more than one. Though i think the manga is good in its own aspects.
QRD: Isekai and fantasy are like a mixed bag of nuts or trail mix, its got a few things you might like, but it's also got a lot of stuff you might not, like wasabi peas. This is no exception, it is a decent way to pass the time. Shota with resourceful skill, check, harem, check, slice of life, check, romance, not that i've seen yet but it's in the tags so also, check. If those aren't your things, save yourself the time.
