The core idea of the story is interesting but unfortunately the plot is not. The story is very truncated, the author does not know what pacing is, there is too much text everywhere explaining things that really are not interesting or matter whatsoever to the story, it tries to build some sort of mistery and atmosphere but fails horrible at that. The story really does not go anywhere and the author just beats around the bush forever. At some point you think it will finally start to pick up but nope, it does not. The art is below average and the artist seemed to be saving on backgrounds (90% of the chapters have barely any background whatsoever) for some reason. The characters are  not likeable at all and you just don't care about any of them. All in all this manga has no saving grace and I would not recommend it whatsoever. You might be tempted since it is from the same guy that did parasyte, but this is not up to it.
