The concepts are extremely similar. The female mc somehow becomes a side character who is gonna die from a fantasy book, and they use the knowledge they have to get on the good side of the cold MC,eventuallt changing the plot of the book.If you liked reading one of these mangas there is absolutely no way you can not like the other.

Both are similar where the protagonist wakes up in an alternate world based on a novel, they must find a way to live their new lives and survive. The art styles are both aesthetically pleasing.

Mikanonatsume Mikanonatsume says...

Has a similar vibe and both protagonists try not to change the predetermined fate of our MCs.

They both have an mc who reincarnated to another world and both are funny in their own ways thats why you should try reading it because its awesome lol

agree to super agree !! both of the webtoons have mature characters as ML n FL. chemistry is super satisfying n not terrible awk. shoujo. and honestly for the first time I've actually liked a FL  in a shoujo instead of the boys!

That touch of fantasy and it was a fate that the female protagonists knew. Both of them made my heart wrench and I would definitely recommend it! Romance, drama, beautiful art and story.

Same basic concept of main heroin reborn in world of novel and using book knowledge to survive, not realizing level of consequences by changes they make.

Clever girls in isekai situations who know they're supposed to die. Brooding but sympathetic male leads (that are totally protective and swoon worthy) and a little bit of political drama in both.

They have the same vibes like the ml likes her but she thinks of the original fl in the story. I like their personalities. Both the ml and fl in each story share some similarities with the other. The supposed to be stoic male lead is in love so he blushes hehe. I like this kinds of manhwa so if you know one, recommend it here on anime planet thankssss <3

Aielmi19 Aielmi19 says...

The main characters have a similar relationship of the FL caring for the ML and wanting him to find and success and happiness while the ML has his goals but his actions are also largely driven by his feelings for the FL. There is world building outside of the primary characters and the stories have a similar vibe. I kept thinking TVWAD while reading IBTWOTML.

Leazer Leazer says...

Both start off just not wanting the ml to kill them. Both are grown adults trapped in children's bodies and act like it.

Both of them have a MC who was "transported" to another world where she knew she was going to be executed in the future, but now that she had this "change of heart" her future changes and the prince even falls for her. The princes are super cute in both stories. :)

These Manhwa have similar themes. Reincarnated female lead finds herself in a child marriage and decides to help the male lead find happiness.

If you liked one, you'd like the other because...

1. Both have similar stories where FL possesses a character from the novel who is evil and becomes the wife of the ML at a young age

2. In both stories, FL talks with ML and make friends thinking they will divorce later on but MLs end up falling in love.

3. Both ML are kind of naive, shy and hard to talk with.

In I failed to divorce my husband, the FL is more useful than in this villainess wants a divorce. Also, she is more intelligent.

While survival of the lady comes in two different ways for these two stories (and both of the ladies have memories of a past life in our modern world), my reason for recommending the stories both ways lies in the sincerity of the relationship and romance developed between the couples in spite of dangerous people and drama involving those within their close relationship circles.

I do have to say This is an Obvious Fraudulent Marriage is very funny to read while intriguing with hints of supernatural dynamics in play. Survive as the Hero's Wife takes a unique twist compared to the former because the protagonist was supposed to be the dangerous one. She must play a delicate balance that keeps important people alive while developing sincere relationships with those she was suppose to have been an enemy of.

Villainess in Love

Villainess in Love

So I’ve become Yunifer Magnolia, the villainess who’s crazed with jealousy that Duke Ishid Lucrenze, the devastatingly handsome hero, has eyes only for Raelle, Yunifer’s best friend. Yunifer torments Raelle so much that Yunifer’s killed off at the end. But... I’M Yunifer now. UGH! Good news is, I’ve reincarnated a year before her tragic end, so there’s time to make sure Ishid and Raelle have a fairy tale ending (and I stay alive). Bad news is, I got drunk and woke up with Ishid next to me. Crap.

Not really similar plot wise but both female leads are villianesses with some sort of knowledge surrounding how the plot is meant to play out and were not originally meant to be the FL and even were the OG villianesses of their respective stories. Through the power of their newly changed personality they make the male lead totally head over heels for them. Both also have dark haired male leads. The MC's in both stories are prepared to step aside for and be friendly with the ML's true love unaware that the ML has no romantic interest in the OG FL.

Both are isekai with predestined lovers/husbands where the girl is a "villainess" and knows the pairing is supposed to fail. Princes are both mysterious and brooding while also being gentlemanly and empathetic. Really cute romance.

The Little Princess and Her Monster Prince

The Little Princess and Her Monster Prince

Heroine has traveled back in time and entered the universe of "Lady and the Beast," a 19th century soft porn trashy novel. She finds herself in the body of Anthea, child bride of the Monster Crown Prince Blake, who has been cursed to die at the age of 18 due to this sins of his ancestor. In the novel, Anthea should have committed suicide after looking at the horrible cursed birth marks on Prince Blake's body. But she tries to rewrite a part of the story by instilling confidence in Blake and showering him with unconditional love, just until he is ready to meet his "real" true love, Diana.

The thing that stuck out to me that makes these stories similar is the fact that both stories have the two MCs married at very young ages and grow up as a married couple together.

Both stories have our reincarnated FLs married to the MLs when they are younger and they eventually grow up together.

Typically, the MLs are supposed to end up with somebody else so the FLs accept that and originally believe they will get divorced/leave. However, contrary to what they think, those MLs end up falling for them instead!

I found those two aspects similar enough for me to recommend these two stories. I'm quite surprised nobody recommended this as they give off the same vibes in that sense!

Akuyaku Reijou Route ga Nai nante, Dare ga Itta no?

Akuyaku Reijou Route ga Nai nante, Dare ga Itta no?

I reincarnated into the world of an otome game as the villainess, “Ophelia.” I thought I'd be able to enjoy a peaceful school life, but to my dismay, I found myself subjected to constant harassment at the hands of the wicked, vindictive heroine; and to top it all off, I’m plunging headlong into the dreaded Bad Ending — hold up, as if I’d meekly submit to such a fate! If that’s how it’s going to be, I’ll tap into the top secret "cheats" known only to those who've played the game and carve out the 'Villainess Route' of my fantasies!! But for some unfathomable reason, the capture targets seem to be doting on me far more aggressively than in the original story…?
