Both series feature a shota living with bunch of onee-san's under one roof (ecchi antics ensue). In both he has a crush on the girl who is a caretaker of the place. One has youkai and the guy is a little older, while the other has no supernatural elements and the boy is younger. Neither is particularly good, but the one with youkai is really trashy. Still, I can't deny the similarity.
