Both Sugar Sugar Rune and Ultra Maniac are based around witches coming to the Human world (though for different reasons) and both also include very good romance. Hope you read and enjoy both :3

While Sugar Sugar Rune is from the point of view of people that have magic that come to the Human world, Mamotte! Lollipop takes on the perspective of a human that gets wrapped up with people with magic because she accidentally swallowed what they were trying to recover. Both SSR and M!L include people that are taking a type "exam" while in the human world and both include nice amounts of romance though Mamotte! Lollipop focuses a bit more on it.

While these two series are quite a bit different from one another, they both feature a plucky girl who isn't afraid to take a leading role in their stories.  Both characters are a little flawed in their own ways, but expertly draw upon their own strenghts when times get rough.
