Sex or sexuality is included in every chapter. It's often portrayed in one of two extremes: emotionless or rape. Dark, absurdist humor is also in every chapter. A prime example of which is the vampiric penises in chapter 6, though probably about half of the gory parts are pretty absurdist and ridiculous. Several chapters include game shows. Several include students and schooling. Several have household appliances or products come to life or somehow be melded with people. This is part of a larger trend of things which are normally normal being twisted and made gruesome. And, of course, murder sprees and torture abound. As does silliness. Murder and torture and silliness. My favorite chapters are the one about the shoemaker (ch. 1) and the one with the vampiric penises (ch. 6). Though, even those, I would only rate as around a 5 or 6 out of 10. Most of the chapters are just meh, but there are a couple which downright suck: Sanae-san (ch. 2), the game show (ch. 5), the transfer student (ch. 9), and the space hauntings (ch. 11).
For the sake of not looking like a weirdo, i'll say this. Kago Shintarou makes some of the best eroguro manga i've read, not because the stories are good (this one is, tho), but because of his art. I would not recommend this to someone that cannot deal with severed body parts or with blood, or with both things combined.
