Long flashback. Always favorable to the mc.  180° turn of attitude. Characters just keep on popping and he creates a harem...  Translations of names are a mess...... Other stuff are too long too explain..  In short, this is a terrible manhua...

This is a story about reincarnation, cultivation, revenge and romance. It's a story similar to many others, but it's better done than most. The art is good and the characters are believable. If you have liked other cultivation manhuas or manhwas you very well may like this.

Why? Why do these authors always have to make the story worse the more chapters we go in? I read up to chapter 225 and nothing significant happened. The drop in the quality for the translation was the first problem for me. When the new team decided to translate the names of people/cities/sects literally it removed any sense of authenticity. Then comes the mc. He's too merciful for a manhua mc. He always let the people who tried to kill him go or only kill one and forgive the others. There is a hidden rule in murim for enemies and traitors, you either cripple or kill them. Even better if you have a soul enchantment to enslave them. As if it wasn't enough the artist started to draw all the characters with silly faces and act goofy out of nowhere. Everything is now some sort of cheap comedy. MC who was serious for a good number of chapters reversed back into a kid fooling around. You don't even feel like he has a purpose because of his actions.
