Hunters. Solo Leveling and Hunter x Hunter both follow protagonists who start out as weak, gradually get stronger and stronger along with their epic journey as hunters.
Solo Leveling follows "worlds weakest hunter" Jin-Woo being reawakened after a failed raid attempt, with this, all alone, he levels up higher and higher to become the exact opposite. The same is with Hunter x Hunter but Gon wishes to become a hunter to find his dad. Of course, meaning having to pass incredible difficult challenges to do such a feat.
Both are good actions with Solo Leveling following lone wolf Jin-Woo's level-ups, rather than what Hunter x Hunter brings with a team effort of Gon and his friends.

The main concept behind these two manhwas is really similar, an F tier hunter reawakes after being in a dangerous situation. In Solo levelling, the MC acquires the system, while in 990k Ex-life hunter the mc acquires the memories from his previous life.In both manhwas after this "reawaking", the mc progressively becomes op.
They have a very similar feel in the beginning and the main concept of training from being the weakest to becoming the strongest is present with both comics. One thing to note is 990k Past Lives doesn't hash out its details the way Solo Leveling does. You don't really understand what the laws of the world are nor how much stronger the character is getting or what their limits are (eg, with mana). Solo Leveling you understand the characters abilities, growth, and limits with a game sheet. 990k Past Lives is less of a game setting and more focusing on pushing the story forward, so it's a lot faster paced. If you like the whole weak to OP plot then they're both good choices.
Jiwoo is a kind-hearted young man who harnesses the lightning quick reflexes of a cat to secretly make the world a better place – one saved little child or foster pet at a time. Kayden is a secret agent on the run, who finds himself stuck in the body of a…um…decidedly fat old fluffy cat. Together, armed with Jiwoo’s super powers and Kayden’s uber-smarts, they’re out to fight those forces who would let evil rule this world. That is, if they can stand each other long enough to get the job done.

Well, the character development is very different, the journey the leads take is similar. Also, the development of the surroundings for the leads is very similar. Lastly, whole Solo Leveling is not obviously funny, it does have its moments.
Same type of story, boy is weak then becomes strong. It's a must read for people who love power fantasy with strong mc!

this is because of the similarity between the two main characters in them. both are weak people in a world of superheroes who becomes severely overpowered to the point that wether they're human or not is questioned and actually they end up not being humans really.
Let's just add this one too into recommendations because they are both action works anyway with pretty art styles

In both are Manhwa are RPG elements (monsters, status window etc.).
In both u can meet element from weak to strong but in both MC have incredible grotwh rate.
Both of them have ability to summon monsters (necro ability), also both of them are good in meele range.
They both have summoning skill and they don't lack on physical abilities because they can summon... On Solo Leveling, Dungeons invaded Earth and the MC reversed the time after wiping the being who created them while on Unrivaled Necromancer, the MC was betrayed and he went to 10 yrs infuture to seek revenge on them
