Full-page spreads with flowerwork, gradient coloring, and pretty cool stain-like effects in the backgrounds. A few small panels grace the pages, with images of doll parts. These small panels have black roses and thorny vines accenting the upper right and lower left corners. The words are thrown in clumps around the non-paneled spaces of the page and poetically describe the creation of a certain magical doll girl (the type that's the focus of the Rozen Maiden series). Narratively, this is worthless and boring. It doesn't even really function as an origin story since it's so devoid of precise details. Instead, it's better to read this as a piece of visual poetry, but even then it's very bland and uninspired piece of poetry. It's also very short.
Very simple, but beautiful! This is very shot manga chapter that shows the creation of a Rozen Maiden doll. It is too short to write a proper review for, but if you are a fan of the Rozen Maiden series, I would highly recommend this. It can be read at any point in the series (including as a prequel), and is only several pages long. It's a bit abstract, but it fits the series nicely.
