Story: the story is told through the eyes of an aspiring, slightly above average pianist named Wao meeting the child piano prodigy, Uta. Together, they delve into the world of music, filled with both beautiful and tragic moments. The story deals with one's insecurity of following your dreams and yet having the absolute childlike belief that everything will work out eventually.  Characters: the characters aren't perfect-each of them have their own strengths and weaknesses. From Wao's insecurity to Uta's childish personality that would rather play baseball than play piano, to the side characters like Uta's mom who tries her best to support her daughter's misic career, whatever it takes. It is a brilliant work of character development where Wao gains confidence, Uta falls into a deep love for music, and Uta's mother accepting her limitations and working with it. Art: it is AMAZING. It illustrates music and the shape and colour of the sound. It plays with the metaphors of music. Overall: This is such a gem and a very rare find and I wanted to keep this story to myself, but the whole world deserves to be known to this masterpiece.
