Not too much of a review, just a better description of the story. i've read to about half way so i don't know the end. "Hara Misuzu is a quiet, reserved 24-year-old high school teacher whose world is turned upside down after her friend’s fiancé rapes her. Her attempt to connect with one of her students, himself a victim of sexual trauma, results in an unlikely romance, and the repercussions of these events affect everyone around them in often unpredictable ways." Also, her friend's fiancé doesn't rape her the one time, it's still occurring when the story picks up. the student is raped by a much older married woman.  it's very emotionally complex and is a heavy read.
