Seigi no Gakuen

Shouma Hoshina has transferred into "Justice Academy", a school where nobody but problem students have been assembled. He witnesses someone being severely bullied on his very first day, and is astonished to find that both the teachers and the other students tolerate that. Driven by his own strong indignation, Shouma proclaims that he will be carrying out his own "justice" at the academy. But what is the academy's true, dreadful purpose in allowing such behavior...?
