Seaside Stranger: Umibe no Étranger Manga

Ever since his parents disowned him for being gay, Shun has been living with his aunt on a small island near Okinawa. One day, he meets Mio, a high school student who recently lost his own parents and now spends his days sitting by the sea. The two young men begin to open up to each other…until Mio reveals that he’s leaving. Three years later, an adult Mio returns to the island to confess his true feelings, but is Shun ready for a relationship?

Very very short review and probably not helpful at all but I have just read that manga after having it on my 'want to read' list for the longest time and I'm honestly kinda disappointed. I've read a couple of BL manga and neither of them had a deep story nor focused on character development. I see there's a tendency of focusing on physical love between characters (wish it wasn't that way) and I thought this manga might be an exception. I won't say anything besides that just to not spoil it if someone wishes to read it. The characters don't have much of personality. Everything is happening SO FREAKING FAST - the worst thing about this manga. In my opinion all the story should happen in two volumes cause right now it feels way too rushed and make it less of an enjoyment to read it, whils the art itself is pretty nice and quite nice to look at. Okay. That's it for now. May add more to it later idk

Long necks. Thin limbs and torsos. Cute faces. Stupidly derpy-looking cat. I like the aesthetics, and the characters are endearing. If I had any problem with this story, it would be with the pacing and the multiple fights and reconciliations, but honestly those aren't the biggest of deals. What I'm left most curious about is the sexual encounters the two of them had with girls in their pasts. Presumably Shun had sex with Sakurako, but who did Mio have sex with and what was feir connection with whoever that was? There are some sex scenes within these pages, but they're not very long. I found the scenes to be cute--showing a couple more awkward than passionate.

The art and characters are adorable and its pretty good , now it may not show much about the characters but you can kinda determine their likings and dislikings , this is going to be short because this part i read within less than 2 hours ( it only have 4 chapters ) The story itself is not bad , its just a little rough ... yes they move very fast but i kinda like how the characters are so straight foward its not the worst ... it does take some effect though , to be honest this anime is more soft when it comes to physical love compared to most BL manga i read and thats also something i love but overall 9 out of 10 not bad just a little fast but its cute .... I still recommend ..!
