read my review bc im always right.

possibly one of the worst pieces of fiction ive ever read. i think the author should pursue a carreer in gaslighting instead of writing.

full of plot holes, unfinished-ish ending and a horrible toxic relationship.

male love interest assaults mc multiple times (physical assault was not the only type of assault he did 😟)

super guilt trippy and manipulative love interest that tries to constantly make himself the victim. (to which the mc falls for)

mc was transported to the world for a very odd reason that doesn't really make sense ? (spoiler!! he got transported to a novel so that it could become a BL genre novel, but like why did he have to actively participate as one of the main roles, and wtf was the point of the system."

conclusion: fujoshis r scary. please don't read this it's not worth your time I've never read anything so disgusting. Everyone rating this 8+ stars are weird.

I would definitely recommend reading this. Though I’m slightly bias of MXTX, her works are amazing and worth reading if you like danmei. The plot starts of weird or confusing, but trust me, it’s extremely good! Being transmigrated, fixing the plot, and so on. Sure, sometimes it’s a bit heart-breaking. It has good humor, action, and emotional depth if you can relate or process the events. Would give it 10/10, except for the fact that I got triggered sometimes.

I love MXTX's work but tbh, this has to be my least favorite one. I love MC isekaid into a villain type of fiction. MC was my favorite, he's a living meme for me but what I hated the most was the ML. I didn't like how he was dragging around MC and his attitude pissed me off quite sometime. But i enjoyed the fiction, really good, bingeread the whole night tho I won't say it was my favorite or it was a masterpiece.

Before you read it: italic on spoilers; originally review was posted on NU on my another account - lin lang man mu.

I don't know why I all the time walked away from this novel, but after I read it I understood I was so unwise. Really, the story is very interesting and the plot is so exciting! Maybe it is because it was the first novel with an accidental traveler I read in my life, but still.

Just look at this cuteness Shen Qingqiu. So understandable character with natural temper. If anyone will be at his place he will be acting the same way. We have the big brute boy and what should we do? Of course, we will satisfy him to get his forgiveness for things we didn't do but stuck in this villain's body, so... You got it.

Anyways the first impression was like: omg, it is such a fun story, I madly adore it! But no longer than some chapters.

But what I like most of all in the plot is that even in difficult situations there are added some fun and even romance! It makes reading very enjoyable and your mood, if it bad, will grow up. I think it is very important. For example in The Mausoleum's Halls of Sorrow when it was dangerous and they ran from those blind creations they lay down in a coffin, you remember what happened then? If yes it is better than great. Because it was the first physical contact +1000 points!

So I really adore it and read again sometimes, this novel worthy ten stars!

And sometimes I hear that people say that this is the first work and because of this it is not good, but I disagree. When the writer can describe all emotions and feelings that you feel it as your own it makes the story very incredible. And no matter is it first or tenth.

with all my love! bye-bye!

This was the last one I read from MXTX, and, unfortunately, it is also my least favorite of her works. The story could have been really good, but it felt rushed in some parts and forced in others. It was all over the place. The "system" is the most prominent in the beginning, but then kind of doesn't have much of a place afterward. Part of me thought the system was rather annoying, so I wasn't sad to see it not come up as often. I didn't like any of the characters in this. The number of misunderstandings that are abundant in this story nearly made me drop it. It was quite literally misunderstanding after misunderstanding. Almost none of them get resolved, and the ones that do, are resolved at the exact same time in a half-assed attempt for the main pair to make amends. And speaking of the main pair, I didn't get a single ounce of attraction from either of them. I don't know how they would even be able to form any positive emotions (especially Luo Bing He) with all the misunderstandings between them. The lack of communication from everyone in this book was maddening. Not even halfway through, I had to force myself to continue it, in hopes that it would get better, simply because I enjoyed MXTX's other works so much. I couldn't even bring myself to read the extras and just called it quits once I finally reached the end of the main storyline.

I'm glad to see that MXTX has improved after this one, though she still enjoys her misunderstandings. I would recommend her other two series in a heartbeat, but I couldn't recommend this one to anyone. I was greatly disappointed.
