Does he, a mere high-schooler, really have any reason to have done such a horrifying act? Does his obsessive love for his older brother, Jaeha, have something to do with it?

If you liked An Uncomfortable Truth or Save Me, you'll like the other because:
Both is litle creepy but really good and interesting. If you like little horror then these is perfect to you.
Both are quite similar because it talks about brothers and in both of them one of the brother is like psycho it's good u wont regret it
Both series are about unsettling protagonists and the things they do for the "good" of the people they care about
Both stories have the same feel and a similar pace, with one of the main characters being kind of obsessive and weird in such a way that the reader isn't sure what's going on for a while. Both focus a lot on characters other than the protagonists to tell the story.
Like An Uncomfortable Truth, we see a guy with a platonic obsession toward a guy. It's to the point where he's a little messed up in the head. Save me is hard to read due to it's extreme violence toward a disabled person but don't worry if you can handle it you won't regret it. There's another reason it's similar but I can't mention it because it'd be a huge spoiler.
Same kind of brother relationships played out through both stories, with one being the violent protector of the other.
Jin has lived a tough life. One of his oldest memories is waking up in the hospital, having received an artificial heart valve, and a glass eye. And as a student, he's relentlessly bullied for his disabilities. But Jin's school life is nothing compared to his home life, where he's raised by his father, a serial killer who targets young women and forces the boy to act as his accomplice. Can Jin do anything to stop his father's reign of terror without becoming the next victim?

If you lived through – or are still living through – high school, you can relate to Joon-Woo. An outcast and a loner, his only joy comes from the hours he spends on his phone, randomly chatting with strangers. It’s all weird and meaningless, until Joon-Woo strikes gold – as he’s matched in a private chat with a pretty young girl his age. Jackpot! But when he discovers that this same pretty girl is actually his classmate Seung Ah, things get a little too real for a guy who’s never even remotely been kissed.

I really loved both stories! I furst read Random Chat and Save Me is exactly what was i searching for. Both main characters have problems, but keep them for themselves and don't rely on other people. And in the end both have someone they can trust.
The true meaning of friendship is explored in this story about Shihyeon, who was born deaf, and Youngwoo, who acquires a disability later in life.
Yotarou Kurose dreams of becoming a teacher, looks up to his homeroom teacher Shiratori-sensei and is subject to gruesome bullying. One day, fearing their actions have been exposed the bullies tell Kurose on the rooftop, "Before we get found out, why don't you kill yourself?" Terrified of what was happening Kurose loses his footing in the commotion and falls... "Hey, teacher. Can I do this over again?"
