With only one volume since its debut in 2016, I doubt there'll be more. So the manga doesn't have a conclusion. Otherwise, I think it's fun and enjoyable, though lacking in substance. It's basically just the protagonist being a secretary and there's not much more to it.
Exactly what you expect going in, only better. A side-splitting dorky comedy centered around a headstrong (and abnormal, likely psychopathic) woman becoming the demon king's secretary. She's definitely read the Evil Overlord List and knows her genre. Well-drawn and shaded art and backgrounds, fun, unique characters, and an overall good time. It does read very similarly to a 4-koma in the sense that there are many short 'segments' per chapter instead of long chapters that flow together, but they often do tie in together despite being seperated and they're usually several panels and 1-3 pages each, so it's not a 4-koma it's just that episodic style? I might be describing it wrong.
