Saikin Yatotta Maid ga Ayashii (Doujinshi)

So, like most doujinshi that I've read, it finds one arguably cute idea and just keeps riffing on it. The one idea in this case is that the young master ends up confessing feelings for the maid in a straightforward and/or accusatory manner, without realizing that the sentiments fe's expressing could be considered romantic. Or fe does some traditionally intimate action without a shred of embarrassment. The maid isn't actually doing anything remotely suspicious, which is disappointing considering the title of the comic. Like, I was hoping this comic would include fem doing things which could be reasonably misunderstood as suspicious, but nope. I guess the most suspicious thing is the fact that fe's willing to work as feir maid without pay, to enter the home of a child fe had never met before and essentially act as feir guardian after feir parents died. Also, why is fe living in that mansion without a guardian in the first place? How is there no extended family or government agency that would step in to care for fem? And how is fe paying for feir food and other bills? [Reviewed at chapter 17]
