Robber x Lover - Reviews

I mean it when I say you'll get diabetes just from looking at the artwork and story because IT IS one of those that'll raise your sugar levels to the max. The BL cliches are rare here, the characters are all straightforward AND sharp meaning their love-gaydar is highly active. There's not a single soul who's full-out dense here because everyone is given fully functional brain cells, they know it when they like someone or if they're being liked and will state that fact OUT LOUD, yeah lads be UPFRONT ABOUT IT I encourage ya! 

Each character has their own unique traits and are blatantly blunt that's why the story is such an ease to read, Dojin's a big crybaby & the gag of him being mistaken as a robber has a recurring status in this manhwa, I also love how Jiho is so weak for his face because honestly same hon LOL. 

The main character is one of the most self aware, mature protagonists i've seen in a good while. sure he acts childish at times, but when it comes to introspection or sexuality, he's well past the questioning unsurety of highschool and has figured himself out. It also acknowledges that even if one person falls in love, the other does not have to reciprocate the feelings.

The characters are surprisingly well rounded and given believable actions. And the art is super cute.

ALRIGHT LET ME JUST START WITH THE ART, it's really really pretty! And i love it! The Characters, ALL the characters are extremely pretty, All of them got me staring for a hot minute or two... Might i add the traits of the characters are different and unique! My favorite character was hyeon! The storyline is good, they also add background stories and side stories which makes it pretty interesting! I finished this in 3 days, and i might even re-read this! One of my best BL mangas i've ever read. No complains would definitely recommend reading!!

- I've seen a lot of good reviews on this but welp, im also gonna state my stance ofc. THIS. WAS. SO. fricking boring omg. The most boring confessions that i had ever witnessed lmaoo the second couple were utterly annoying at first but it became fine over time. In fact i liked them more than the mc's. The constant popping of jiho's so-called first love irks me A LOT. He's irrelevant already what the hell?!!!?! And no way in hell that this is a fluff?? The combination of angst and tedious chapters were a torture to me fr. I hate dropping the ones i read coz im always hoping for some kind of change of pace, but naur it was a wrong choice this time. The more i read, the lower my review gets.
