Four years after the end of the world, Lin Mo finally gave up running and died in a zombie tide. However, when he woke up, he found himself transmigrated. Lin Mo was very satisfied with his leisurely life after crossing. What he is most satisfied with is that he has someone who loves him. Hungry, cold, or sick, someone cares about him and protects him. Looking at the title you might think that this might be a journey of peace. Think again. Lin Mo, MC, does more than just transmigrate into the body of a sickly beauty in the ancient times. How many times was he reborn? Is he the only one? How is he here? What do zombies have to do with it? What does the end of the world have to do with him? There are more questions than answers in this story. It starts off with him living a quiet life with the loving Lin Family. He gets married along the way to a mysterious ML. He somehow  ends up in a weird twisted tale.  I enjoyed reading about introverted Lin Mo's ordinary life, loving family dynamic and simple work. It was calm and not as boring as one would think.  What I found interesting was how the world looked at gender. There are men , women and Ger. Our MC is part of this third gender of effeminate males  who can give birth (this is neither good or bad but different). There was an Mpreg tag but no actual pregnancy( I was uneasy at first but curious because I've never read the genre so a bit disappointed it wasn't explored). When it came to entangling with the ML that was smooth, expected and cute at first. The ML is stoic, gentle  and reticent and suffers from amnesia but changes a bit  when he regains his memories. The  relationship dynamic kind of works. After the first confession the relationship went 0 to 100 and so did the rest of the story. It looked like a simple and uncomplicated story but got progressively weirder. The author was truly ambitious with the plot twists and genre mixing. This has its's charm but you either love it or hate it. There are few giant leaps in the plot you are expected to fill. In the end a lot is left unsaid and unresolved. I was in the mood for the crazy and don't regret reading it. I didn't hate it. I kept reading for the mere fact that it was so strange. A fun read not to be taken too seriously.
