My Lady Just Wants to Relax - Reviews

It's cute and all, but also really cliche. And the story moves so damn slow, at this point I'm just sticking around for the animal ears. The plot is nonexistent/forgotten. Something needs to happen before I drop this.

I've re-re-re-re-read this plenty of time and i'm never bored!

Characters are quite charming, and while i've the villanesss otome role has never appealed me, Reijou Was Mattari Wo Goshomou's marvelous!

I dislike the otome part and the prince. I also don't like how the family doesn't get involved and intertwined inside the story. The prince should come to the cafe.

I love cute and fluffy slice of life. I don't enjoy harem but i read this before i know it's a reverse harem story. I will not notice if not for the tag. Yeah... it's more of a friendship between them rather than romance. I, honest to god, hope for an ending with that schneider guy. I don't know bruh.. there's something about first love that really attract me. The story progress slowly and is currently revolving around the beastkin. However, consideeing i've only read to ch 15 i'm sure the plot will continue to grow. This could be a good story. And the mc is not a super pastry chef, that's a plus.

Very furry in the modern sense of the term 'Furry' all the 'beastkin' have human forms with ears and a tail but are more often seen in full on anthropomorphic furry forms.  And the main character is absolutely a furry, because she 100% digs it.  As someone who is not a furry, it makes me very uncomfortable to watch them basically flirting, but I read up to chapter 8 anyway to give it a chance.

Not everything is about flirting with large, sentient animals (not my thing) the rest of it is full of cliche and expected villainess otome isekai tropes, opening an isekai cafe tropes, and overpowered main character tropes.  The art is average, the plot is average, it's not like it's a bad manga. 

But it absolutely is for furries, and it's absolutely not great or original enough to be worth reading if you're not a furry, in my opinion.

So far, it's just the MC fawning over the beastkin. Everything else is in the background. It's fine if you're into furries/cute animals and just want to see beautiful art and some cute moments, but so far there's nothing else redeeming about this piece. It teases bits and pieces of the underlying atmosphere of the kingdom, but it's not enough to keep me interested. I'm sure it'll eventually have to deal with the MC's fall out and what not, but it's so boring I'm not gonna bother.
