For a manhwa classified under the #inspiring tag on Webcomics,  I don't feel like I really gained any inspiration from it.   *MILD SPOILERS AHEAD* The story starts off kind of solid, after being murdered by her stepsister and husband she is given a second chance at life to seek revenge and take back all she had lost. With a solid plan, our protagonist is on her way to being a movie queen, hence the title. If I were to be completely honest, the story started to take a turn for the worse after they introduced the protagonist's main love interest, xiting, the handsome CEO dude. If his role was only to sit there and just be eye candy for the audience and protagonist, it legitimately would have been more bearable than what he indeed ends up becoming.  During a gathering in the earlier chapters, xiting and the protagonist ends up getting drugged and brought to the same hotel suite because of her evil sister's plans which in turn ends up with the protagonist getting raped.  During this period the love interest is a big asshole and blames her getting raped on herself, which angered me. Skip forward a few chapters, xiting has developed a sort of crush on the female lead and soon after steals her heart. This portion of the story felt rushed and wrong. The reasons being, 1) this man never actually apologised for raping her and 2) the protagonist forgives and forgets way too easily, it felt like the author brushed aside the trauma and anger she endured for the sake of an unrealistic and 2d romance. It was a sort of ridicule for unfortunate men and women who have had to go through this. To be honest, I felt no chemistry between them beyond the fact that they are highly attractive and sought-after characters. Like I bet if they were told to say each other's middle name that would be a problem. They never really got to know each other on a personal level so it just feels off. Besides the romance section, most, if not all, of the characters are as flat as Taiga's chest. They have no purpose other than being the main protagonists supporters or enemies. And the antagonists are so stupid and predictable that it makes it so unsatisfying to watch the female lead defeat their plans. You could replace any character with a cardboard box and I can bet the box would have more interesting things to say than they did. And as for the protagonist's father, he behaves like a fucking robot on crack. Oh my lord. I can't read one scene with him without visually cringing my face because of his stiff dialogue, or the fact that he treats both of his daughters like they are ten-year-olds on restriction. They are adults for crying out loud. I mean, he's slapping them for the slightest of things,  believing one side of a story without listening to the other's point of view first and also forbidding them to do certain things despite the fact that they legally have the right to do so. He's so fucking unreasonable most of the time. His character switches from hot to cold in a second like a tap. It's hard to believe that he is considered a good father. For all of you wondering,  yes there was a love triangle but it feels so insignificant for me to delve into, because even though the second male lead seemed like a better and more vanilla choice for her to choose it was apparent that their relationship was not going to go that far. So overall, if you enjoy shitty dialogue and even shittier characters, I recommend this.
