This is seriously an underrated manga... It is seriously too good to be hanging out in the lower ratings...

It's quite good till chapter 120-121, I don't like the break-up in between, but i still give it a 8/10 for story, as it seemed like a realistic breakup in these times as no one loves anyone unconditionally and without caring much about their jobs etc, especially their dream job.

Jesus H. Christ, this is BORING. I have absolutely no idea how I even trudged to the 39th chapter.

The MC has no goals. I know that this is part of the main storyline, him trying to understand what he wants to do with his life, but that doesn't mean that it has to be so fucking boring. The MC is just kinda floating between activity to activity. He's said to love to read, but he literally does it like, twice in the series. He's rarely ever seen doing his interests, making him feel incredibly unrealistic. The only things that he's seen to be doing are related to his magickal book.

When he writes an experience that he had down in his book, he gets EXP, and he can turn that EXP into skills. He spends his EXP to become super fuckin ripped, know how to do caligraphy and be very good at cooking. After that point, outside of school he's only seen doing things that relate to those three fucking traits. He joins a cooking competition, he helps out a chef figure out why his food suddenly tastes foul, he works out, he sells caligraphy to his principal. Like, didn't he say at the start that he loves to read? Why the fuck isn't he doing that? I thought that before the magickal book, he only ever read and did absolutely nothing else with his life? Why does being ripped suddently change that?

Also the author has absolutely no idea where they're going with this. The main love interest for the first 10 chapters or so was suddenly erased when she moved to Canada for no fucking reason. The MC knows this bully guy that fuckin hates the MC's guts but after 15 chapters or so, he's fucking gone. There are several love interests despite the fact that none of them have any character traits beyond 'she likes to cook' or 'she gets jealous.' The MC's friend is a stereotypical and very unwelcome bastard whose only goals include getting women's numbers and getting women's numbers. Yeah, that's about it.

All in all, shit manga. Would not force my worst enemy to read this.

When I read the title I thought it would be a fantasy setting with a writer that gets isekai'd or a dude that reincarnates and get skills through writing books. But that's not what the story is at all. He gets skills by writing down his life experience in one specific book. I thought the idea was kinda interesting but a few things to point out about this manwha:

- He lives in a normal world so him having a book that can basically grant him any type of skills makes him a god. But because reasons he will still live a pretty normal life.

- We really never get a story for the book. What it is, where it came from, why does it exist, are there also other supernatural entities in the world?

- The art is crisp but not good. The author doesn't really draw bodies well but the faces are alright. The food drawing is horrendous. And one thing I've noticed is that they don't convey much feelings in the drawing, the faces are bland and it doesn't match with the subject of their conversation.

- Speaking of which, the conversations are boring. Really I couldn't find a dialogue where I was like "not bad".

- The story is quite inconsistent as he will just go from one setting to the other and accumulate skills like changing clothes saving damsel in distresses but never committing. He also doesn't have much of a personality which doesn't help his case.
