Ok ok listen, this story was actually really cute and interesting aside from that one scene with Shinae and Shiwon. Believe me I was traumatised too!!! But I wanted to see where it was going because I genuinely thought the beginning was interesting. I did think of dropping it but I gave it a go and forgot about that scene. That scene of Shinae and Shiwon was absolutely terrible and I hated it so much I was so uncomfortable!! But the rest of the story is pretty good :)

The only good thing about this is the art tbh.

It was alright at first because the MC and his affection for the doctor is super cute but it's just disappointing later on. ML is manipulative and assaults the MC's brother to "punish" him, and does not seem to think he's doing anything wrong. 

He's a horrible dom, doesn't really discuss his (vanilla) sub's preferences or limits before they engage in a play. Eventually blackmails the MC into engaging in sexual acts with his own brother, without asking for either of their consent. 

You'll be better off reading a computer manual.

The art is the only only reason I've stayed with this and the smut in season 2 is better but I can't get over ml sleeping with both brothers and toying with them. Chapter 20 was disgusting af, doc shouldn't have made them do that especially manipulating both of them into doing something they're not comfortable doing just so he won't leave them. Mc shouldn't have done that to his brother just so he didn't lose doc and I hate how they "move past what happened". At that point I don't want any of them happy they're all toxic. Season 2 shows more character development and past stalker but I don't feel bad because it's no excuse for doc to be doing what he has.
