Within B-Kikan--a covert Insect-hunting, Insect-using government task force--there is a small boy who seems incapable of being properly covert, and feels the inescapable need to help those who send fem an S.O.S. (as fe calls it). There's even a brief backstory explaining why fe has this personality quirk. Fe's a crybaby with a heart of glass and beats up wrongdoers to "help them from a bad path." What a self-righteous and annoying character. Feir attitude, and the manga in general seems to be critiquing the selfish nature of humanity and how people can just walk past others getting hurt in nearby alleys while pretending not to see.
