This is that rare manga you come across one day and it simply makes a difference in your life. Even though the MC doesnt pop up very much (which i find funny and ironic) this is the best hooligans manga ever writen IMO. That said every character has a super flashy delinquent hairdo, a flashy outfit and most importantly a hard fist for fights. The character development is beyond good, Every single gang member grows more as the series goes on. The fights are just amazing, well choreographed and realisticly executed. I find it rather funny how all the guys are drawn to look at least 25yo but in reality they are no more than 18 yo. Even the villians, if you will, have some amazing development behind them, and in some cases you just can't not love them. The only downside to this God-tier masterpiece is that chapters get relised very seldom. However there is another masterpiece of Makoto-sensei is Bouncer, which takes place roughly the same time as OUT but in Tokyo, as apposed to West Chiba for OUT. 

With all that being said, i truely convey my feelings for this work of art in hopes more people get to read it and expirience what the world of street gangs and hooligans looks like. 

Realy one of the best Manga i have read in a long time the story starts slow so you can bond with the characters. And Makoto Mizuta has one of the best art in this story if you are looking for a Manga with gangs this is one of the best choice you can make
