Seiko Miyazawa may look like an ordinary, middle-aged salaryman, but in fact he is the head of the Nadashinkage school of martial arts. Known as the "Silent Tiger", Seiko is so powerful that he is not only able to dodge bullets but he also holds the life and health of his opponents in his hands. However, his knowledge and understanding of such lethal techniques has made him a kindly man, who prefers to help people rather than harm them. Now, Seiko will only fight someone for good reason, whether he’s helping a young girl’s drunk father get back on the right track, or aiding a bank manager in his goal of disassociating himself with a dangerous business partner.
