This is the tale of how a thousand Japanese business men became sexually confused by twin boys that were dressed like girls... Not that this is anything new. I'm looking at you, Black Butler anime adaptation. But if your sitting there wondering "Is it even worth reading this?", I'll try and help you out.

Story: Anri was born sickly, and for whatever reason, his mother dressed him like a girl. My guess, she wanted a girl, but never had one, and since the dad doesn't appear to be in the picture... Anyway, Anri decides that he wants to be an idol at the tender age of 12. His twin brother, Kairi has to crossdress to infultrate the idol auditions and then they both get signed on as the new idol unit, An-Mu. Tensions between the brothers, the stress of idol work, and Kairi getting used to cross-dressing are the major focal points of the manga. It didn't strike me as particularly engaging material, but more fluff and filler than anything.

Art: It's so moe. So many sparkles. And the occasional ball-sack in pretty undies to remind you that the girls are actually boys. The lines are decent, and the character design is cute, but some of the emotions didn't convey that well with the artist's style.

Characters: They are boys, they cross dress, Kairi is constantly worried about Anri, Anri is constantly in Kairi's shadow. And then, there's Mi-Na, who appears out of no where, breathes life onto the page, and then disappears after perking the boys up a little. And with the manga being so short, there wasn't a whole lot of character development except for Kairi's transition into cross-dressing.

Overall: Pretty average. Not my cup of tea, but it's cute.

This manga was not the typical type I would read but it's always nice to branch out and try new things at times... In this review I will tell you first what I think of it outside of personal feelings and then I will write my own personal thoughts at the bottom.

This manga is cute at many points in the story, but it's also rediculously unoriginal. The Idol thing and even the twin idol thing has been done tons of times... However, it does have some parts of originality sprinkled in between the cliche. I'd give the story a 6. This is because, although it is unoriginal it was delivered fairly well, it didn't feel like the story was moving too fast or too slow.

The art outside of personal opinion was done well. I would have given it a 8 but, some of the panels feel a bit empty. While others are quite detailed. I could tell the artist had a great deal of fun putting these boys in different outfits and dresses.

The Characters were also very well made for a manga that is only 6 chapters long. I felt I was able to get to know both mains and even the secondary character, the twin boys mother quite well. That being said, I decided to give the characters a 7.

Overall, I'd say if you like crossdressing boys manga you'll probably like this one. If not, I'd suggest you don't bother reading it. Though it does have it's times where it is cute.

Personal thoughts about the manga: First I want to say, it was not horribly difficult to finish for me. It was cliche and offputting quite a few times, but something like that can serve to enhance reading experiences, what is truly bad is when a manga doesn't inspire feeling or thoughts about it one way or another and this one definately didn't fall into that catagory.

I didn't feel showing the balls in underwear thing was something that needed to happen more than once (or at all really). I honestly couldn't understand a mother who would dress one of her sons up as a girl even as he was a baby. If it was originally the boys idea I'd feel differently, but the mother sort of implanted that feminine trait into the younger brother which bothered me. Also  I originally thought the mother was one of the twins. She didn't look a day older than 12. However, by the end of the manga, I had gotten used to it. Though I don't tend to enjoy the art that makes even adults look underage, I've seen this type of art in many manga before, and for this style of art, I feel they did a good job.
