Both are people who read/wrote a novel, transmigrated into it knowing the future, and befriends the ML and Main characters.

Sniffertie Sniffertie says...

Both have a similar theme. Both go into novel worlds they already know about, both have special powers only they can use. Both know about the future and work on it. Moreover none of them try to hide there power

All Kim Roksu wants is a peaceful life. Unfortunately for him, he nods off while reading an action-packed novel—only to wake up inside it! Worse yet, he’s in the body of Cale Henituse, a count’s handsome slacker son destined to take a serious beating from the novel’s hero. Leeching off the count’s wine and wealth is fine and all, but there’s no way he’s going to be the hero’s punching bag…or worse! In this world of dragons, magic, and deception, can Kim Roksu change the novel’s plot to get off scot-free and enjoy the finer things in life?

Magika Magika says...

The main characters of both stories are very similar, they stumble their way into the leading role of a novel and make the old protagonist their second in command (which for both stories happen to be grumpy edgy black-haired swordsmen who have suffered far too much).

They are also both stories of people who don't totally believe they themselves are good, but end up gathering a massive hoard of overpowered followers who would like nothing more than for their smart, amazing, future knowing but weak leader to stop trying to sacrifice himself AGAIN.

They also share a few time travel and god weirdness plot themes and I think that's kinda neat since one is a high-stakes game set in modern Korea and the other is high fantasy with magic and dragons on a fictional world. Either way, if you liked one you will probably like the other.

The EX rank cleared the final chapter of the national failed game and became an unnamed supporting character inside the game. Substandard and unmeasurable, the EX rank plays a supporting role with an unknown rank.

I've only read a few chapters of The Editor Is the Novel's Extra, but so far it's given me a lot of Omniscient Reader vibes. Kim Jeongjin an editor from a publishing company is given a job to edit a certain novel, however due to unforseen circumstances, Kim Jeongjin finds himself inside the novel. He recieves new powers and gains the advantage of knowing the plot (future) and the ability to rewrite the manuscript.

Kim Dokja (Omniscient Reader) also has knowledge over the plot.

The two important male characters have similar personalities in both of them. One is care freeish, one is aloof, both are smart. They also tend not to share their dangerous plans with each other. Though, Global Examination has BL. Also, both objectives of the story are to destroy the "system" that they are in.

The S-Classes That I Raised (Novel)

The S-Classes That I Raised (Novel)

An F-Class Hunter. And on top of that, a F-class older brother who can’t even begin to catch up to the heels of his amazing S-class little brother. After living a life that fell to pieces and even destroying my little brother’s life, I picked up the following resolution: “Perfect Caregiver”. That’s right, this time, instead of becoming mean, I will quietly support those who are more capable. Is what I thought... but the S-classes are kind of… weird.

Both of these novels focus heavily on the MC's relationships with the characters instead of him trying to level up his skills. Both MCs are pretty OP and act as parental figures to their groups. If you're a fan of one, you'll surely become a fan of the other - as I did. Omniscient Reader is darker and has heavier themes than The S-Classes That I Raised but the light-hearted found family trope is very present and quite similar in both works.

N.B. I copied my recommendation for the manhwas
