James Jung is the top student at Ozoh Academy, home of the gifted and mega rich. He is also an undercover agent protecting the principal from a dangerous assassin. His name? Samuel Gyo, codename black mamba and now James’ homeroom teacher. In order to fight, they must abide by three rules. First, they cannot have their identities exposed to the other students. Second, they cannot harm the students. Third and most importantly, no explosives or firearms. Poison and tranquilizers are fine. Fighting to the death, no one ever briefed them for the fourth and final rule: you must not fall in love. Will they break it?
I love James and Samuel's characters (so so much) the most and how their relationship develops, but also the way the other characters are written is also so good? How you start by loving them and then hate them and then love them again? Or the other way around? The story is also interesting, and the premise is one of my favs (enemies to lovers trope we move!!!) Although I feel like the ending could use some improvement (some things were confusing or even lacking), overall this is excellent.
Ok I had forgotten when I had read this full of action BL but it is fire yall, that's all I am gonna say...
WHY DOES NO ONE TALK ABOUT THIS?! I see Manhwa like solo leveling and killing stalking become so popular and not this? Talk about plot? Interesting af. It is so full of suspense and the mystery isn't solved till literally the last chapter. Art? Effing beautiful. I will admit though that the art in the last few chapters was slightly different and that I preferred the previous one more. Still, like, Dio's makeover was epic?? And my baby sammy is bae goals??? All the characters had unique personalities and most of them were likeable. Even the character with a minor role like Dio's cousin was likeable and I was rooting for him till the end. Overall I give this a 10 and hope more people read this and give it the love it deserves.
