My Joy - Reviews

If you are looking for a Yuri love-story with nice heartwarming ending, then this is not the one. Author made quite a intresting, yet not pleasuring story that will go against what you are expecting, our MC gets dumped in the most crucial situation, when she needed a helping hand, and not a stab in the back. Then again characters are overall pretty good, but we don't know too much about them, and because of that understanding character's feelings can be a little troublesome, but it getts good enough with time. Story is almost a typical romance, except for GL, with the unpleasant twist (Stab in the back), art's not the best but, in my opinion it's very fitting for that kind of story. 

I wanted to leave a positive review seeing as they are only negative ones. The story was simple and enjoyable, though don't expect happy moments from start to end. The art is sometimes simplistic, sometimes pretty good (for a webtoon), the main characters felt real enough for young girls so it's easy to follow. Not a masterpiece but i liked it eitherway. It should definitely be marked as drama since the approach and ending are more sour than most other gl drama. 

This is a Netorare story (cheating / being unfaithful). This story makes you feel nothing but 'uneasiness' followed by 'anger' and 'confusion'. If these are the emotions you want to get out of a romance story, be my guest.

if you're looking for a gl with an ending that will backstab you, this is for you. 

I don't necessarily think My Joy was bad but that ending? wow. The art was pleasant and the main character was likeable, but the love interest, Joy, really made the story sour.
